This was a nice gym at one point. I even gave 5 Stars. However, lately it's become less than what it was. All or most of the lockers in the locker room are broken. Looks like a whole lot of stealing going on. The rest room is nasty. And not one employee knows anything about equipment, exercise or training 😥😢

Used to love this gym, now management has instructed their team members to start harassing members of other planet fitnesses having them sign a sheet every single time they come to the club, which is a baked-in incentive to make people abandon their home club and transfer to theirs. It's trashy and very low class which ultimately leads to a very poor user experience. I came here because it is a 24 hour club, but I will not be coming to this one or the one in Lansing because the same person who doesn't care about their guests owns both!

Very clean for a Planet fitness. The staff is very vigilant as far as thats concerned. I do think that they could use some more of the updates some other planet fitness' are getting. The selectorized equipment could definitely use an update. It would also benefit from adding a few rowing machines,bikes etc and less treadmills. Its decent for the price point and there is a fair amount of plates around so as not to have what some of the stronger lifters need.

I recently visited Planet Fitness as a guest and didn’t realize I couldn’t check in without the host being present. I understand that this is the rule, and I respect that. However, what bothered me was how the situation was handled. The staff member spoke to me in a condescending tone, and instead of simply letting me know the policy for next time, I was asked to leave immediately.
What really stood out to me was as I was being told to leave, she ended the interaction by saying “have fun.” Being kicked out and then told “have fun” felt extremely rude and unnecessary. It came across as dismissive and sarcastic rather than professional. That comment is what left me with a negative impression on the lady at the desk. Haven’t had any other problems.

Very clean, usually only go at night. My hours very between 11pm to like 4am and it's always pretty empty. One time it was only 4 of us. Love that for me! The employees are always cleaning the equipment at that time (which is nice to see) but they move around you. Never used the shower but it usually looks and smells pretty clean in the locker room in general.

I loved this gym and was going here for years. I love the staff, cleanliness , and quietness of the facility. I never had any issues until a new employee was hired at this location. The young woman never seems to have a positive attitude and doesn’t know how to communicate rules in a nice manner. After a couple times talking to the young woman and even letting her know that I eventually stopped coming to this location. Not sure of the young ladies name but I know she had a previous role somewhere else and was much nicer there! I’ve been going to a location further away instead now because I dont go places where the staff is not welcoming. I’ve been hesitant to do a review but I’m glad I finally am. Best regards.

Today I attended the cleanest Planet Fitness in a long time. The equipment was up to date and clean. Also they have a separate room for black card holders.The staff was very friendly Jacarri, Coach T(Fitness Trainer, Geo (Manager) and Betty were exceptionally helpful with questions. I will now switch my gym over to this location.

Omg I had an Amazing Experience! First time here. The Staff was very knowledgeable with any questions I had. I love the layout; perfect amount of space... I really enjoyed myself. I have a nice body and NO ONE bothered me! I felt extremely comfortable unlike some other gyms I've visited. Which is why I love Planet Fitness it really is a Judge Free Zone. I was asked to sign in again after scanning my own Black Card membership card, which is supposed to serve as my official sign-in. This unexpected extra step was both inconvenient and redundant. As a Black Card member, I expect a smooth and respectful experience without unnecessary hurdles. Really poor customer service experience by a gentleman with the name T. Hopkins. He was very argumentative and at times felt threatening. Kamiya, the manager, stepped in and handled the situation properly. I appreciate her professionalism. One of the best pf gyms i go to especially after 8pm. Staff is always friendly and always cleaning. Machines are clean too. Tonight 6/29/24 the staff was wiping down the benches and locker doors in the lockeroom. Most of the pf members are considerate and clean up after themselves. The best part of this pf its 24hrs 7 days a week. Other pf managers and staff should come take some lessons from this pf because they got it on lock.

Unfortunately this would be a far better experience though (this would in fact be 1 of the best planet fitness facilities i ve attended -but also the one with the absolute WORST music ) if the (awful !awful demotivating energy, draining music wouldn t be so overwhelmingly loud and make me want to run out as fast as possible ( i don t expect to hear my taste of music in gyms but just something which wouldn t make me feel like hanging myself , just the usual bad planet fitness music would be a big improvement , even muzak would be better!) any change would be really appreciated for 1 of the few people without plugs in their ears it s really really awful . If it wouldn t be the only possible gym for me in the area , I would refrain from coming back because of the suicide music. Please i beg you! change to something more vibrant and uplifting

Cleanest gym I ever been too!! Will be coming back when I move out here. Staff team was great. First, I called up there today and I remember Jade answering the phone very polite and respectful, she answered all of my questions. I went in this gym one day, was told they couldn't find my membership, so it must not be active. They had me signed up for a new membership. When I realize I was being doubled billed, they told me "yea they see that I have two memberships, but they can't refund me my money". Total scam.

So yesterday while I was at the gym my car got stolen with everything in it! One of the workers WATCHED them take my car and WALKED over as the personal trainer was training me to gossip to him making sure it wasn’t his car instead of calling the police. As I’m running to check my car realizing it was mine, she then proceeded to tell me TO STAY CALM. Even though she WATCHED AND SAID WHAT CAR THEY CAME IN AND STOLE MY CAR WHILE LAUGHING. Not realizing it was mine. So long story short, as I’m running I hear from the trainer that this wasn’t the first time so someone who either works or attends this gym regularly is clearly stealing cars. Or it could be random m, the facts of the situation is that when the worker noticed them stealing the car instead of walking ALL the way to the back where the pf360 room was she should’ve called the police. Then CAME TO THE TRAINER WHILE TRAINING ME NOT REALIZING IT WAS MY CAR TO GOSSIP AND SEE IF IT WAS HIS OR NOT. It doesn’t WHO car it was YOU SHOULDVE CALLED THE POLICE INSTANTLY. But people be weird as ever in this society. So if you want your car stolen! Sign up. I’ve been with planet fitness for years! Never had an experience like this til I moved here. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS GYM. I would LOVE To get in contact with Corporate

Tivaj is seriously the sweetest person. In general, this location seems to do so well in regard to everyone’s attitude. I mean I haven’t had one negative experience with anyone here and I’ve been a member on and off for about a year! But in particular, every time I had a conversation with Tivaj whether on the phone or in person, he is an absolute JOY to speak with. So well mannered, so polite, so informative. Promote him ASAP!
