I Was not pleased with my experience at all. The employee that goes by the name of Kenny was very rude and looked at me as if I was DISGUSTING due to me being overweight and made inappropriate comments. If you’re an employee at planet fitness why make the customer feel ashamed of their body? Me and my husband will no longer be supporting this area of business.

Still clean staff just aren't as nice as when they first opened. They also don't enforce the no photo policy in the locker rooms. Sure take a picture or video in the mirror you look good but don't do that while other people are there changing.

As much as I want to gatekeep, I can’t Planet Fitness Country Club Hills deserves to be shared. This location is always spotless, and the cheerful customer service never fails to brighten my day. It’s truly a nonjudgmental environment where you can get a great workout in and leave with a well-earned sense of accomplishment.

The staff are really friendly. The environment is clean and it is easy to have access to the equipment I am interested in using. Using the app crowd meter is really accurate if you are concerned about crowds. I am really enjoying my membership.

I love this location. I drive all the way from park forest to go there. I have been to plenty of planet fitnesses and this one is where I feel more comfortable. I have only been here for about ten days and staff is nice. I only work out late nights so I can’t speak for day time. People for the most part don’t stare and mind their own business. One of the cleanest locations also besides another location I go to in the city. Best choice I made because only one other location I can say is just as good as this one.

I enjoy coming to this gym, and I would typically give it 5 stars. However days like today are frustrating. It is 5:30a and the gym is still closed when it is supposed to be open. I have been sitting here since 5a. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. People come to the gym this early in the morning for a reason, most often due to lack of time throughout the day.

I love this gym. It’s always clean, never too overly crowded, staff is nice! The only downside is the weekend hours. Wish it stayed open later Saturday & Sunday. Usually PF gyms are open 24 hours. Hopefully this changes 🙌

Upon entering Planet Fitness located in Country Club Hills, I was delighted to receive by Top Notch friendly, customer service given by Kenny and Corry. As a business owner, I took notice to how both staff members greeted everybody including myself with big smiles. IN MY OPINION, THIS CREATES CONNECTIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND TRANSLATES INTO ADDED VALUE!

It is so Nice to see such conscientious, High level of service in our community which I've resided for 30 years. It's even Better seeing a big franchise such as Planet Fitness invest in our business comunity and invest in lives of local residents.

It's important for me to make special mention about Kenny who I interacted with during a consultation and walk thru. He was Extremely Respectful, Professional, Patient and Knowledgeable. I was particularly Impressed by the fact that he was educated in Physiology, and Enthusiastic about Helping members achieve their fitness goals.

I Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, professional club with new equipment and Great staff members. In fact, I am so Impressed that I am joining this Beautiful Planet Fitness today, and cancelling my current health club membership at another club. I CAN'T WAIT!

Love this gym, the ONLY thing I have to complain about is how high the fans are, it's like a tornado when I'm working out. It's a little hard to build a sweat doing cardio, when the fan is on full blast.

I like this location. It’s new, clean and has a decent amount of equipment. I get in a good workout here. Most of the workers are friendly. I recently had an off putting experience here though but I felt better about it after talking to Cory the manager. He’s very professional and friendly. His warm and inviting smile is what made it easy for me to approach him. I was glad to be able to address my concerns with him since that helped me keep my review rating at a 5 instead of a 2 after my brief experience with a worker at this location. Thank you Cory for listening and keep up the good job at keeping up this location 🫶🏼

What an amazing team! Every time I visit this Planet Fitness, it's consistently clean, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Cory, the general manager, along with Mia and Christian, are fantastic and such a pleasure to see, especially on those days when I'm not feeling motivated to hit the gym. Hello, if you want to work out in peace and gain confidence in a safe space I DO NOT recommend this facility. I came to the facility September 13 with my sister to work out . Due to facing body shame im trying to get back to a place where I’m comfortable in my skin . I was told that this was a judgment free zone so I joined as a black card member. I entered the facility with shorts and A crop top and I was humiliated put on the spot and told to exit because of my attire. By the manager corey. Who was very unprofessional. Why am I being judged in a judgement free space ? To be told to leave after purchasing the black card membership is insane. A waste of money if it not allowed to be comfortable and not judged here. The policy says short shorts and sports bra is fine . This situation has set me so far back in my journey and confidence because now I’m ashamed to exit my home or workout because I don’t want to feel watched and/or judged .

I gave my Country Club Hills Planet fitness experience a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the staff at the Country Club Hills location are kind ,courteous, very helpful, informative, and most of all professional. This gym is phenomenal! Not only is the gym convenient, the layout of it is perfect. The way that the rooms were constructed, in my opinion, gives individuals more space and a sense of privacy if needed. All of the equipment is new, including a few machines that other gyms might now have. The staff here are super friendly and positive attitudes💪🏾.
