Really good vibes here. The staff is always helpful and welcoming, and that goes a long way. I always see the staff cleaning, and I have never felt like this location is dirty or messy. Very diverse crowd here, and it’s nice to see all different walks of life in one spot. Also, I really appreciate their app. Really has a lot to offer.

I've been to a few Planet Fitness, this one seems like it's new, nice equipment most of it's in very good shape. The one thing this one lacks over the others. Their yoga mats are garbage. Thin purple ones kinda scattered all over the place. The other PF's I use have 10 nice thick gray mats mounted on the wall, and you don't have to walk around for what I could only see 4 total here. Otherwise, this is one of the nicer ones I've visited.

Probably the worst PF I've been at. There is a lack of equipment that other good PF locations have, many machines are broken for weeks, dirty and thick globs of dust everywhere. This location has the lower quality equipment.

This is an older location, but it is very well-maintained! Giant giant space that's really well organized with a lot packed into it. The large crowd during peak time gets along very well. there are people of all ages and races and body shapes and types here, and it's a beautiful thing

Planet Fitness has a large and vast amount of equipment on the floor. That's before you even get to the weights and others resistance equipment.
The massage chairs and hydrojet tables make an excellent spa.

General Manager Cassandra and employee Brittany made snide comments while creating kaos at Kankakee location calling police while I was simply getting my bag belongings out of the locker room. all because I was talking to my partner across the tanning room from 2 weeks ago .accusing me and characterizing me with egotistical attitudes. Narcissist general manager Cassandra should not be able to just call police and bann fitness lovers for child-like reaction needs to feed her ego. Literally banned for no reason without anyone reaching out and resolving the issue that I wasn't even aware of. What a disappointment to friends family and fitness.

I love it the true definition of a judgment free zone everybody of all shapes and sizes is in there doing their best there's no intimidation everybody just goes about their workout routine and the employees are very polite very courteous and the place has everything you would want nice hot showers large men's lockers and I didn't realize this I won't use it but they also have a several tanning booths I'd highly recommend signing up it's even if you are just trying to get back in shape at 62 years old like I am you see all ages and all sizes and all different types of people

I signed up for the service online and these guys wouldn't let me cancel my membership online; I had to go in there to do it. I have no time to go to this location anymore due to the hours. I work retail, and thus, work late on Friday and weekends. Closing early means I have no chance of getting in a workout when I need it most. I originally signed up for this gym due to it being 24-hours, but I'm most likely going to be withdrawing my membership. Corporate locations are back to 24/7, makes no sense for me to pay for less benefits.

I really feel so much better when I visit the planet. They have a back machine, that really straightens me out. The knee press machine is making my legs stronger 💪. If there is really a windy day the wind could take me out. Thanks to the Planet, I plan on walking thru the wind. We need a few classes, other than that, they are A-1 with me & only $10. Most of us should run in there before the bargain changes.

It's very clean, plenty of cardio machines, could definitely use more weights for the busy days. Some days it does get busier than the crowd-meter says, but that's okay.
Some people can be possessive of the pulley machines, taking over 3 so they don't have to switch ... that should be addressed. 2 pulleys I get, but 3 kitty corner pulleys? Come on.

This is probably one of the cleanest gyms in the area. The staff keeps the place clean. However, I have noticed some of the members do not wipe down equipment after use. One of the leg machines is broke so I am waiting to see how long that takes to get fixed. The good thing is that there are 2 of each machine. Lots of treadmills and elliptical machines.
