I’ve been coming here for a while, but the management really needs to take complaints more seriously. Some guys smell extremely bad while working out, and when we try to mention it, the staff says there’s nothing in the policy about it. It’s really uncomfortable — we’re literally struggling to breathe sometimes. Please add something to address hygiene issues, because it affects everyone’s experience.

Planet Fitness is okay overall — it’s affordable, the equipment is decent, and it’s usually easy to find what you need for a workout. Ahmed is a horrible general manager and enables punk workers at the front desk. Ahmed is not vocal enough to be GM and had bad attitude with members who show nothing but respect to the great facility. I would take a close look at the current staff and Ahmed’s competency as a front and center leader at a gym with a lot of members passing through.

Been a member for a year now. When I joined the club, it used to be 24/5 (open 24 hours 5 days a week). Then it was switched to open 24 hours 4 days a week, with fridays closing at 9 and weekends at 8. Now they’ve reduced those hours too! Weekends close at 7 now. Increasing membership but reducing working hours. Bad

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is:

Treadmill accuracy – One of the running machines showed incorrect calorie counts (e.g., it indicated 150 calories burned after only 0.10 miles). Another treadmill was unable to adjust the incline, staying flat even when set to 12%.

Ventilation – The air from the overhead vents was extremely cold, blowing directly onto the treadmills. This made running uncomfortable, especially with the cold air hitting my face. It might have been due to the rainy weather that day, but it was still unpleasant.

Otherwise, I think this is a good gym with great staff. I was planning to put 3 stars, but 1 extra star added due to welcoming desk staff👍

Gym is very clean, machines newer, staff friendly, and clientele are your ordinary folks who are trying to exercise and get in shape. Many of the local gyms in the area have these steroid or alpha male guys grunting and making scenes every time they work out. It is very uncomfortable whenever ppl like me want to work out

I like Planet Fitness. It's well worth the $10 I pay instead of the more than $100 at many gyms nowadays

Update: Revised my rating from three to five stars. This location listened to customer feedback and removed some of the unused cardio machines and added more weight benches in the back. Much better use of space and I don’t have to fight for a bench anymore!!

Rows and rows of empty cardio machines, tiny weights section in the back that’s always packed. Worse in the summer when teens get their free membership. Some folks will monopolize one of the three weight benches for hours.very hard to get a consistent workout when you can’t get on the station you need. Very clean, nice staff. Needs a reconfigure.

There's some incredible staff and managers who keep the place in top condition. However, there are a handful of men at this gym who don't respect boundaries and proceed to harass women regardless. This needs to be corrected as this impacts the female members and staff.

Everything was fine here until a few weeks ago when the a/c broke. The first few days were fine since I assumed they would be getting it fixed but here we are weeks later and it’s still broken. I’m disappointed as this should be a main priority for a gym in the summer. I noticed one day the air was set to 62 and it was 80 degrees in there. I’m upset with this considering I pay a monthly fee. Also, the scanners have been broken for over a month. Which means the crowd meter doesn’t work. I also wish they had more smith machines, they’re usually taken. I will say, the staff seem to try their best to welcome you and say bye when you leave.

It’s a nice place with everything I need! I wish it had more machines but considering the space, unless it upgraded with a second floor it’ll be a wait haha. I’m happy with what it has now. It’s on the smaller side but it’s still quite large! There’s a lot of people but honestly bareable compared to XSports.

My favorite about PF is the app. It tells you when it’s super busy and honestly is awesome.

The air circulation is lovely as well. Even on a hot 90 degree day, I feel the nice breeze from the huge fans.

Amplio estacionamiento, zona para dejar tu bicicleta si asi lo deseas. Los baños la mayor parte del tiempo limpios.

This is a packed gym with a smith machine and free weight area that is very hectic! Girls spending 25 min doing hip thrusters and boys spending 30 between sets. No designated stretching area of any appropriate size.

This is just a smaller PF compared to others with less equipment, including cardio and machines.

I came to the fitness to cancelled my membership the first time. Instead of cancelling the front desk move me to a different location. Then I came again to ask for a cancellation one more time, that when I found out they move my account to a different location which I have never been there or sign up there before. Once again, the front desk told me he will called the head quarter to cancel for me, but didn't do anything about it.

I LOVE THIS GYM! The manager Donnovan is PHENOMENAL, I had a little situation with my billing and he fixed it for me without hesitation. He delivers such amazing customer service and always is so professional. I noticed staff here is exceptionally happy to work here as I assume it’s because of a great leade/manager. Today I tried to downgrade my existing membership and the lady in the front counter told me we will charge you $54, I said ok but you need to show this in writing first but she failed to show me and spent 5 minutes look into some papers, than I also asked her to I also want to change my payment preference, than a guy came to me and introduced himself as new manager of location and said we can not change payment preference I asked him ok can you show me where can I change payment preference my self. He started showing his rudeness. In the last I ask to cancel my membership and within the second that lady canceled my membership. The guy was very harsh, aggressive and full of attitude. The previous lady manager was very helpful, polite and professional. Associates or managers actually not helping customers, its customers helping your business. I was taking short breaks between sets (watching short excerpts from a movie) when a PF employee told me to get off the equipment if i was going to watch a movie. I explained that I was watching the movie only while i was taking rest between the sets. I don't see anything wrong with this. And I should not be pushed to get off the equipment! I patiently wait if somebody uses the machine. The same way people should wait until I finish. Not pressure me.
The employees better concentrate on watching for groups of people that often block the equipment for a very long time while talking most of the time!

Today, Sunday, I finished my workout and went straight to the shower at 6:45pm and finished by 6:57pm. I was just quickly packing up my stuff when a worker came into the locker room and when he saw me, he exasperated "ughhh" and rolled his eyes and left. I felt bad for staying a few minutes past 7pm and was about to apologize until he said "you know everybody has to be out by 7pm" in a such a bad tone and I said well this is my first time staying this late and I didn't hear any announcements in the shower. There were many different ways to handle that situation and his attitude started the moment he entered the locker room.
