I like that they have a 30 minute work out areas and plenty of machines to use. The hydro massage is really relaxing. Machines are well maintained, and the facilities are clean.

Im very happy with this gym. The equipment is new and quality. The employees are friendly and personable. An incident occurred one evening where a patron was acting inappropriately and they handled it promptly and well. I have been coming here a long time and will continue to do so. I was visiting Mundelein on a business trip and decided to stop by this Planet Fitness for a workout. Since it was my first time here, I had a few questions about the equipment locations and the services the gym provides. Adriana Jimenez was incredibly kind and helpful — she made me feel completely comfortable asking questions and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. You can tell she truly cares about members having the best experience possible. The gym was spotless, well-organized, and had a very welcoming vibe. Definitely one of the best Planet Fitness locations I’ve visited!

I went to go visit this gym to see how the environment was and everything was amazing. Ivana was extremely helpful with explaining little things in the gym and where everything was and what each package contained including perks wise. Giselle does an amazing job here. It is very welcoming coming through those doors and immediately seeing a smile makes the workout start off great. When going to planet fitness weekly I am always surprised by the effects they put into the gym. The gym is always clean and welcoming. The staff is also very nice. One of your staff (Robert) is always inviting and always around to help. He is a person who brightens my day every time I walk in the gym. Robert also asks me how I am doing and asks if I need anything.

I really enjoyed going to this Planet Fitness as it was one of the cleanest facilities I've seen.
