As a member for 10+ years, there has been many transitions from equipment, clientle, and employees. As of November of 2025, a new manager (Ben) has been in place for a few months. He is effectively becoming solid in making The Planet a desirable place to work out at. Ben has an affable leadership style. The equipment is clean and working, has well supplied paper towels and hand soap, members are kind, and itโs easy to check in. Their front desk staffers, like Carla, Jalen, Joe, and others are well trained, helpful, and welcoming to all. Getting a roomier locker room would be nice. I like going to your Planet Fitness. It would be better if phones were not being used on the floor for member privavcy but it may be tough to enforce as this is a strong cultural habit.

Iโve been going to the Naperville PF for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The workers are extremely friendly and always keep the facility clean. Chris has been exceptionally helpful whenever I have questions regarding the equipment and plans.
Joe has also been great. I always see him walking around and ensuring that equipment is back in its place.

This is a good gym for what I need to get a decent workout at an affordable price. I want to have a shout-out to Carla, the staff on duty on Saturday, who is very kind and doesn't rush us out at the 7pm closing time like the others normally would.
