I come to Planet multiple times weekly and always have a great experience. Staff is great and creates a welcoming environment, Hernan is usually working when I come in and is always friendly and asks how I’m doing. They a have plenty of machines and keep the space clean!

PF is great. However, weights and machines are limited, giving way to cardio. That's my only complaint. Things of note, Madison at the front desk is awesome and always in a good mood at 5 am.

Monday 9/8 5:30 pm it was so nasty in the gym no paper towel in the bathroom all men workers standing around socializing. When you walk in you can tell the trash had rotten food in there it smelled awful. Bathrooms was dirty. None of the trash cans changed. I literally left and drove to Frankfort for a cleaner environment. Do better Men.

The facility was very clean. The paper towels were stocked and the bathrooms were up to par. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. Specifically Aurora, who assisted me in finding the contact lens that I lost briefly during my workout. Overall always a good experience thanks

Edit: I also must add, that when I forgot my Fahlo bracelet and a necklace in a locker last week; one of the super polite employees (I think she said her name was Maddie) stayed on the phone with me and searched the lockers for the jewlery. She then kept it safe for me in the lost and found until I could return.

I’ve been coming to this location regularly, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Madison and Aura. These two are absolutely fantastic—always helpful, welcoming, and super friendly every morning. They go above and beyond to make sure the gym is spotless and that everyone feels comfortable. Whether it’s keeping the equipment clean or offering a warm smile at check-in, they help make every visit a positive experience.

Whoever is running this place or the owner, it's running itself right now. Myself and other members looking for an employee for assistance. No where to be found. I came in to tan. No one at the desk. Everyone checking themselves in. No one in the back near the tanning beds, women and men's locker room, or anywhere on the floor. Waste of a drive. Check in 450pm- look at your cameras

Beyond upset!!! I went in to tan, i told the guy at the counter i wanted to tan he asked lay down or stand up i replied lay down. At this point he went to set the machine,he never asked how long i wanted to go for, i then told him i only want 7 mins, he stated he put it at 12 mins. I told him no that way say to long i would burn, he went back over to what i assumed was reaet it and then told me ok was all set , i asked again 7 mins he replied yes. I went in to tan and started dosing off only afer a few minutes as i was relaxed. I suddenly had twitched waking myself only to see the time at 9mins and 58 seconds!!! I immediately jumped out went up front and asked him how long i told him, he looked at me dumfounded, i told him 7 mins!!! I was very specific and asked twice, he siad well why did i not just get out at 7 mins??? REALLY??!!!! Needless to say, its been about 3 hours and i am already FRIED RED !!!! I dont even know how you remedy a matter like this!! Thank goodness i came to when i did or i would have been in there another 2 mins!! I asked for a manager but they just daid one wasn't there!! Great start to my weekend let me tell you!!!!

Clean facility, and friendly staff. Equipment all works. Where it falls short a star is where it's posted all over the club about cell phone use yet people still hold phone conversations all over club. Particularly annoying in the Black space, where it's much quieter as it's meant to be for obvious reasons. Another area is express workout. Its posted there that it's for specific use and closely monitored by the staff which it's not. If it was it wouldn't be used for a phone booth or people to do set work on machines that are also available on main floor. Which are free to do as many sets and reps as each member desires.

During my free trail work out, I found myself in good spirits getting help from several of the guest with what machines to use.
