I have an overall excellent experience at this facility. The premises are consistently well-maintained, and staff is readily available to provide assistance when needed. The only reason for my 4-star rating is that equipment repairs occasionally take longer than ideal, causing members to modify their workout routines, which can be inconvenient. The customer service is exceptional, particularly when interacting with David, who demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the facility and addresses concerns with professionalism and attentiveness. His approachable demeanor makes communication a pleasure.

Worst customer service. My paused account was reactivated without any notice, and I was charged without receiving any email notification. This shows they don’t care whether customers are satisfied or not—they only care about taking your money. When I shared my concern with the agent, the customer service representative even compared it to Netflix, but Netflix accounts don’t reactivate on their own
