I really enjoy working out at Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, the equipment is new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Was given a little guff by a few of the staff about my PTSD service dog, so much for "no judgement zone". But overall a good gym.

Came here tonight from out of town. Staff and management were really helpful. The general manager offered to show me around and made me feel welcome. I have been to a lot of Planets around the country and this is by far one of the nicest and cleanest gyms I have visited.

Twice now their system failed to turn on the tanning bed and since I had logged in for it, they refused to let me tan saying the system showed I had tanned with in 24 hours. Seriously. It was their error. And another time, my phone went dead. Since I did not have a phone (but I did have my ID) they would not let me check in to workout/tan. Not too thrilled with them at this time.

If you like waiting 15 minutes or there one and only dressing room, this is the place for YOU! If you like where they don't use sanitizer on their tanning beds because, you know, they never filled with sanitizing bottles, and forget the black card membership if you're on a schedule because they're always running eight minutes behind.

I love going tanning here. But there has been 3 different incidents where they put the wrong time in. Two of the times too long where I got burnt and today I wanted 10 minutes and they put 9 minutes. The first 2 times I did make them aware of the issue but today I didn't. I just think it's really important to pay attention and listen especially for tanning

Love my gym. I walk the treadmill and really like the 30 minute workout area. I have the Black Card and love the massage chairs and then hot the tanning bed. Highly recommend getting an affordable membership at this gym. See you there 😀

I have been to this gym many times and most of the staff are extremely kind and helpful, however today, Eric who works there was EXTREMELY RUDE! I have never seen him there before thank goodness nor do i ever want to see him again! I will literally plan my workouts around him not being there. I had my mother with me who was going to join but after what she saw she said no way! He treated me inhumane! If that was my home club I would cancel my membership immediately! Its sad how one mean arrogant judgmental individual can ruin it for the whole club! For a club that is marketing judgement free zone, you might want to educate Eric on this! I was treated like an animal, I felt like i was invisible! Its sad because everyone else I have encountered there has been so kind and welcoming! Eric you are mean!!!!!!!!

I have had my membership for a couple of months.I signed up for the black card so that I could also tan. I love to go because it’s so relaxing to get my workout in and a tan. The last few weeks that I have gone I’ve been having the same issue. I go in, figure out what time I will finish my workout and I sign up for my tanning time before starting my workout. I go to tan and when I get up there my tanning time is taken and I am waiting. Today I went and I had signed up for the 9:18 slot. I got up there and they said it would be a few minutes. I waited 13 minutes and the bed still was not ready. The beds are only 12 minute beds and there is 20 minutes between slots. The guy at the front was extremely rude and began to get an attitude with me. I was venting to my boyfriend about how I’ve been waiting and the guy joins into my conversation with an attitude. My boyfriend asked if there was anything the guy could due as we clearly could see several beds not in use. The guy said no and then smirked. I walked out unable to tan and I am furious since this is not the first or second time this has happened.

Nice facility. I travel and this planet fitness was busy and clean. I used the hybrid booth, bulbs were fresh. I actually stepped out early because I didn't want to burn. Showers were clean and hot and are nicely designed so you can change right in the area (not detached from showers like most planet fitness locations). Plenty of staff who were friendly and answered questions.
