My son and I love Premier West. He has been going there for over 3 years now, the last year being competitive on the GIJO team and Coach Chris is absolutely amazing. We have enjoyed all of the male coaches we have encountered so far at the gym. The ladies at the desk are very friendly and informative. Communication is great, I just wish we had the schedules out sooner than we get them.

We love Coach Hannah! Mila really loves her coaching style and she’s learned so much. Hannah does a great job at paying attention to details and finessing her skills. She says Hannah explains things well and helps her, and gives lots of high fives that are encouraging to her. While she’s spotting, she always has an eye over her shoulder to also help and correct the girls when they’re working on stations at their own. Mila has improved so much having been in Hannah’s class since last fall and she’s so excited so be showing improvement in the gym. She’s genuinely excited when she does a skill better.
Since we go two days a week, we would also like to recognize Coach Patrick as Mila loved his class as well and we miss him! His class was different than Hannah’s as he worked with the girls on some great drills and strength conditioning that ultimately helped her progress in a different way than she does in Hannah’s class.

Premier West is great for our 5 year old. She’s been there a little over a year and improved so much! The staff and coaches are great with her. We love the ability to make up classes and like the rolling enrollment, we don’t have to worry about the class getting full once she’s enrolled. Cant recommend enough!

When we first started at Premier I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff made it easy to schedule an evaluation, help place my daughter in an appropriate class level and provided a very welcoming environment. Now that we’ve been attending classes for almost a year I can confidently say that the staff and coaches at Premier are top notch. We’ve had the privilege to work with a few coaches and they’ve all brought fun, kindness and encouragement to their instruction making gymnastics something my child looks forward to attending week after week. We love the coaches at premier west! They have a great, encouraging attitude and really know their stuff. Scheduling is easy, and they move your child up individually when ready, so even when they're in a group class you still feel like they're getting individual attention and guidance. My daughter is on the Xcel Team and it’s been an awesome experience. The gym is clean, sanitary, and strives for safety. Coach Karen has helped her be herself and have fun on the floor! Coach Chris relates to her and helps push her beyond her comfort zone. Coach Tanner also helps her feel confident on vault and bars. The front staff have been exceptionally accepting and motivational. If you are looking for a professional, yet family friendly gym, I would recommend Premier West!

My daughter and I were doing the parent tot class for a few months until I just recently had to pull her and switch to another gym because the owners daughter called my cautious 2 year old lazy and said she doesn't put any effort in then said I have older girls like that. Then a couple weeks later my daughter gave her a typical 2 year old stink face and she said it was "a lights off no one's home face" then again, talked about she has older kids like that "that aren't quite there." These are just a couple of the rude statements made by her over the few months there. By the reaction of the two people I talked to, this isn't the first complaint. Of course I asked to speak to her parents (the owners) initially and they had someone else deal with it. No apologies were given by them or anything.

Be careful with this gym. If this coach is talking to a 2 year old like this with her mom by her side, I can only imagine what she's saying to older girls. Being that she's the owners daughter, she could careless. She made that very clear. There are gyms nearby that are just as good if not better. Protect your children and don't go here.

Horrible horrible clientele. My friends and I came for an open gym for fun to practice cheer stunts. Everything we did from spotting to going on the bars we were yelled at for while others could. We asked politely for a refund because we were only there for 15 minutes and we couldn’t do anything we wanted to do. We were rudely declined even though no rules were told before hand. Very confusing and unfair I do not recommend.

This is a wonderful gym! The coaches and staff are committed to teaching these kids. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Nothing but great experiences. My son started here in the mommy and me classes when he was about 1 and he is now 11 and competing in his 6th year. Besides gymnastics, my son has learned discipline and respect. This is the best gym in the area. I drive from Naperville 4x a week for my daughter on team. The coaching staff is very knowledgable, caring, supportive, experienced and fun. They always reply to emails from families. They go above and beyond for their team girls. The owners and office staff are very respectful, communicative and fair with their fees and monthly costs. The gym is very clean and safe. I highly recommend this gym for team girls.

Class sizes are good and coaches seem very interested in my child's progress. Lots of class offerings, so it was easy to fit our schedule. My son was not interested in joining the team, but the option was there and they are very committed to their boys program. All levels welcome, and I like that a lot.

When I had gone here there were many people in my class and I had only gotten a couple times in a one hour session. Now I got to a different gym and I've learned more there in 2 years instead of the 6 or so years I have been there. Other than that the gym is really nice and they have good equipment. Going back to reason 1 the classes are very overpriced for 2 turns on a spring board or vault, etc.

The rec classes are average. Large class numbers make it hard for focus on each event for longer than 15 minutes. I really like the coaches and now that they have expanded it is easier to find a seat to watch. Their competitive teams are very good and I like the dedication the coaches have to each kid. I was a gymnast most of my life growing up and then I coached for 15 years so I have high standards and the teams here definitely live up to them. If you want your kid to be on team, boy or girl, ask about the team programs early instead of taking years of rec classes.
