Great place for exercise and workout for my son with downs syndrome. Bella and Rauri were awesome coaches and well adapted to handle the adults in the class to keep them all on pace. We come every Wed and some Saturdays.

I would definitely recommend their group fitness classes! The work outs aren’t boring, it’s not just squats/bicep curls, they’re interesting and challenging. Everyone is super nice and laid back. All of the equipment is clean.

This is long coming. A while back I saw Ryan which is not only an incredible training/chiropractor, but way more than that. I can to see him because I have H pylori which is a stomach virus. After doctors have me treated the virus with antibiotics it only create more problems for me, Ryan helped me with natural remedies to crear the virus Restore my intestines and get rid of the H pylori.

Best Chiropractor hands down. Ryan has a doctorate and it shows that he has retained so much knowledge because he is passionate about people and ways to help the body heal and recover. I signed up for a few Group Fitness classes with him and Bella while 7 months pregnant and felt so great in that space being able to move, break a sweat and have the safety of professionals to guide me through the exercises. Skilled leaders, highly competent leaders and truly a hidden gem of the South Burbs.

I absolutely love working out at Primal Elite Fitness. After a month and a half of going to three workouts per week, I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. There are always modifications and the workouts keep my muscles guessing and my mind engaged and focused. The emphasis on functional strength, flexibility, and a wide range of movements is so refreshing. It really is a joy to work out with a great group of motivated and fun people. Working out at Primal Elite Fitness has been awesome the last few months. I was totally burnt out going to the gym and doing the same repetitive workouts week after week. At primal we are always doing new and exciting workouts and I look forward to exercise now. I have experienced many gyms, private training, boot camps etc. Ryan and his team are beyond incredible! I am 57 so I can’t do as much as a younger stronger person. At Primal you lift move at your own comfort level and the trainers watch you and make sure you do not get hurt and get the best of each workout. It is friendly clean and full of healthy great energy! I live in Mt Greenwood and take the trip to Palos because there is nothing better than Primal and to be trained by Ryan and Bella who are perfect examples of good health is where I need and want to be! I have more confidence and love the way my clothes are fitting and feel great!!!!!

The workouts are beyond effective, 50 minutes with warm-up/cool-down and instructions. Great music and a variety of work-outs that change monthly. Therefore, you change up muscle groups and prevent boredom. Workouts are Continuously challenging and I am amazed at how much strength & stamina I have gained. Please do not be discouraged by the price - try the two week $39 unlimited class deal and focus on how you feel after those two weeks. I have done the 3x a week membership since 11/2020 with no injuries and it is worth every cent. What is different about primal than a chain-owned gym, is that you are paying for a DOCTOR that designs your workouts & staff that supervises your form. I feel energized post workout and ready to slay the day. Invest in your body and see what it is capable of👊🏻🦾 🏋🏻‍♀️

I've been going to these workout classes a few times a week for the last few months and I love the challenge and the community feel that this gym offers. I'm new to the area and everyone here has been so welcoming, this gym has been a key part of my new routine! I’ve been going to Primal Fitness for a little over 2 months. Before starting Primal Fitness, I hadn’t worked out in years so I’m very much a beginner. All of the instructors are kind, encouraging and helpful. They provide modifications to make it easier or more challenging, depending on your unique needs. I love Primal! The variety in workouts and focus on strength training with cardio that still has a strength focus has been exactly what I needed. Strength training has always been intimidating to me, but the coaches will fully support you as you learn and even offer modifications if there is something you haven’t done before or can’t do due to an injury. Becoming a member here at Primal Elite Fitness is the absolute BEST thing I have done for my health, well being & peace of mind. I knew in my heart on Day One that I had landed in the right place. I decided to come to class 6 days a week... This one choice has radically transformed my life. When I started here, I had been suffering from panic attacks, social anxiety and depression that blind sided me. I had gained over 40 pounds very quickly. I was coming down from a three year stretch of very high stress. I was exhausted. I was just beginning to reclaim my health. Before Primal, I tried several strength training and cardio programs. I spent a full year wearing myself out at spin classes, barre classes, Orange Theory, Lifetime Fitness, and an online personal training program... I felt like a failure. With all of that effort... not one pound did I lose! I am sharing this with you because you may be in the same boat... Please do not give up. I felt amazing after my first class here! Dr. Ryan is masterful at what he does. These 50 minute classes are so well designed... You will never over train any part of your body. You will feel energized and strong. And the better it gets, the better it gets. My mental health improved pretty much instantly. 15 pounds came off within one month....The community here is one of the most welcoming, supportive and loving groups of people. There are never more than 13 people in class.... Every month we cycle through an entirely different series of 6 workouts that alternately focus on strength or conditioning. No machines. EVERYONE can do these workouts. We really do have fun! Today.... about 8 months in... I am 27 pounds lighter and counting... I feel more like myself than ever. I feel the best I have ever felt. I am connected to my Spirit and my body. I am SO strong... both physically and mentally. Joy is Strength... And giving yourself what you need to thrive and to feel naturally JOYFUL is worth whatever it takes. I hope to see you here XO

There is nothing like this place. This is not just a gym! This is a place you learn how to move and strengthen your body through specific exercises and not get hurt. With some PT sessions with Ryan, who is the owner, doctor, and trainer, my plantar fasciitis got better and within weeks I was able do box jumps, which I had wanted to do for quite a while but thought I would never be able to do again. The workouts are tough but so good and Ryan, Bella, and Sam have created an atmosphere of family with the group training. We all cheer each other on. Ryan also wanted us to become more healthy not just in body, but mind and soul too and created a 3 week reset program for those that wanted to do it and it took us to a whole new level. So if you’re over the run of the mill type group workouts, come and see what Primal Elite Fitness is all about. You won’t be sorry.

When I walked in the atmosphere of the facility was quite welcoming, everyone was smiling and seemed excited to train. The lady at the front desk has a warm and positive attitude and is very efficient in her tasks. Ryan was an exceptional trainer the best I’ve been around for a year now. I’m truly glad that he has his own fitness facility and the caliber of it is as elite as they come. You will train hard, and at the same time you will train safe. Demonstrations are performed with detail and in concise manner.
They are also available for people of all fitness levels and shapes and sizes. If mobility or strength is limited for clients in certain areas, then Ryan has regressions that challenges the same muscle areas. So it doesn’t matter if you 20 or 70 yrs old, you can train!!
In conclusion, this is an experience you would never regret!
