A great gym! I have had the pleasure of working out at p10 for the last year. Before then, I had not exercised in a gym in 20 years. I was very intimidated by the process. Thankfully, I met with Andrew, the owner, and my fears quickly dismissed. Andrew has cultivated a great gym experience. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about fitness. Andrew meets you where you at helps makes your goals a reality. I have also had the pleasure of working with almost all the trainers and my experience has been universally positive. If you are looking to get in shape but nervous about finding the right gym, this is the place for you.

It can be very intimidating stepping into a gym for the very first time. Protocol 10 is genuine. From the first contact I had with Andrew (owner) over the phone I was excited to start my fitness journey with them. He has years of experience. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions. He had me come in for a free week to check them out. Andrew is authentic, humble, professional, knowledgeable, attentive and meets you where you are at. He inspires and lifts you up. The atmosphere is fun here. It’s a loving community who are all chasing health. Everyone is so nice and friendly and happy to be there. Let Andrew help you achieve your goals. Destress in a healthy, safe environment. I recently was looking for a hands-on, group training facility that was newer, didn't smell, didn't have any B.S. initiation fees and had very knowledgeable trainers. I found it! I went to P10 today for a group training session. It was fun, hard work and a very different workout. The trainers-Andy and Jerry helped me with form, information on the exercises and stretching tips after class. Thank you! After my free, trial week, I'll be joining! Thank you!

P10 is an amazing gym! I worked with Jerry the trainer and he helped pinpoint areas that I needed to focus on to strengthen my hip and glutes to get past a long-term sports injury. He's super knowledgeable and easy to work with, he made me feel welcomed and motivated to work hard immediately.

The gym itself has a great setup, is very clean, and has an awesome theme with the lighting, it helps you zone in on your workout. Overall I've had a great experience at P10 and working with Jerry, I would highly recommend working with him and checking out the gym!

P10 is everything you can want from a gym! The training facility has high-end equipment, is clean & sanitary, and is very safe & secure. The gym utilizes convenient, mobile apps that allow you to follow along with the workouts, track your progression, communicate with the coaches, and connect with the community.

Undoubtedly, the strength of the gym is the amazing team of coaches. They are knowledgeable, are motivational, and are dedicated to helping you improve. It doesn’t matter who you are, or where you are on your fitness journey, they will work with you to get you where you want to be. Whether it be the training, stretching, mobility work, or the dietary guidance they provide, they truly care about the results you achieve, and are fully invested in your success.

But what really makes this gym stand out, are the bonds you build with the coaches and the other members of the gym community. At most gyms, people avoid each other & don’t know anyone’s names, they fear judgement, and they feel hopelessly lost in the crowd… but not here. At P10, you feel a sense belonging, you make friends, and you care about the other people you train with. The coaches and members of the gym community are just as committed to each member’s success, as they are their own. No judgement, but plenty of support & motivation. We all want each other to succeed!

P10 is the PREMIERE gym in the area… it is where you want to be. Not many people say this about their gym, but I will… “I LOVE IT!!!” … and so will you!!!

Great gym! Jerry Garcia (trainer and director of operations) is fantastic. Jerry worked with me to begin strengthening my core and glutes to counter a recently recurring sciatic issue. He knew what stretches and exercises would begin to strengthen the areas around the sciatic to hold it in its proper place. I cannot recommend Jerry and Protocol 10 more!

The gym is worth the money and the drive from Naperville. The owner, Andrew, truly cares about his client’s well being. It’s not like other gyms when after you sign up, they’re done with you. With P10, Andrew and the other coaches continue to support you to be successful with your fitness goals!

Andrew and Jerry are the best trainers, great coaches who always make sure I’m using proper form. I never dreamt that I would be able to work out with barbell, but I’ve already gained more muscle and am getting stronger.

This is a great close knit community as someone who has never done much weight lifting the coach's do a great job at making me feel like I'm Killin it and giving me guidance. They change up the workouts daily so you don't get bored and they even lay out workouts for days without classes it's honestly the best cross between having a personal trainer and doing group classes

You can feel the love they have for fitness and teaching it, the Owner came around during the class and was making sure everyone's technique was good. The Trainer helped give alternative workouts for my injured knee, and I was able to get one of my best workouts in.

Andrew has been training me for over a year now and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He’s always checking in and changing up plans to meet my goals and pushes/motivates me to stick to the training goals. Over the last year and a half I’ve put on tons of muscle and weight (putting in weight was a big goal of mine) even while dealing with injuries and other setbacks. Even when I broke my wrist this fall he gave me no excuses, but rather adapted the training plan to accommodate what I could do with my three good limbs. I actually saw a lot of results during this time despite being in a cast for 3 months. He’s always been able to adapt and change to what I’ve needed all while being motivational and educational, explaining why we’re doing the things we’re doing. Seriously couldn’t suggest a better place to trust with your fitness goals. Now stop reading this and GO TO THE GYM!

The owner, Andrew Happel, was my trainer when quarantine hit until a year ago and he was wonderfully knowledgeable in programming as well an extremely motivating coach. He helped me check off an huge goal and helped me become stronger and more confident in my abilities in the gym.

All of my training with him was done online with frequent FaceTime checkins. His commitment to me as well as his other clients was remarkable and he created a team experience. 100% would work with Andrew again and I cannot wait to visit the new facility and feel the Protocol 10 team feeling again.

I have been working with Andrew and protocol 10 for two years! Andrew is amazing! I was referred to Andrew and have referred several people. He is kind, personable, listens, challenges me, and has helped me get the results I want. I am 41yo, have had four kids, I’m in one of the best shapes of my life. Everything is conveniently on apps. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a workout in. Very friendly staff, clean facility and great equipment. The gym I normally go to in MI has high quality bars and equipment and Protocol 10 was right up to par with high end bars, bench’s etc. will definitely be coming here next time I’m in the area!!
