Pulsation Yoga is an all-inclusive, judgement-free yoga studio focused on teaching yoga, not just doing yoga. We personalize our classes and focus on alignment to keep you safe and confident as you build your practice. We offer a range of classes every day from beginner's to advanced and everything in between. Doors open 15 minutes before class and doors are locked during class, so be sure to always check our online schedule and book your class so we know you are coming. We can't wait to practice with you soon.

I've been taking classes at this studio since August and absolutely love it! At this point, I've probably taken classes with at least 2/3 of the instructors and they're all fabulous!

Practicing at Pulsation is like being part of a family. Once you join to the studio, it won't be long before the teachers (and even the students) know your name. Everyone supports one another and the teachers are always available to answer your questions. There are teachers from a multitude of backgrounds and specialties, who are continually learning and growing their practice, and eager to share that experience with their students. I have been practicing with them for over 4 years, attended several of their special workshops, and was even encouraged to take their yoga teacher training course. I have found courage, strength, humility and perspective - but most of all - I've learned that practice is the key to becoming great at anything. I highly recommend this studio!

I love pulsation yoga so so much, and have followed them from their Arlington heights location to this new space in mount prospect. The space is beautiful and fresh, and the vibe is everything you’d want in a welcoming studio.
