My bf and i did puppy sphere for the first time and it was absolutely adorable!! 45 minutes of yoga with the puppies running around and cuddling followed by 30 minutes of play time :) recommend if you love puppies and yoga!!

I went to Puppy Sphere for a puppy yoga class and it was pure joy from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the puppies were adorable and playful. The yoga portion was relaxing and beginner-friendly, but let’s be honest — the best part was having sweet pups climbing into my lap mid-pose!
