If you make a family account here, just remember when you cancel your account it doesn't cancel it for your family members, and you will not be notified of this.

You will get an email saying, "We cancelled your account!" but you will continue to be charged $29.95 for your add-on.

When you request a refund showing when you original cancelled the account, they will deny your refund and instead make your spouse send a separate email, for a separate cancellation request, since the add-on can exist in perpetuity without the primary account.

Though you can't walk-in and purchase a $29.95 family plan add-on without first paying $39.95 for a base membership, you can be charged for that family plan add-on once you cancel the base membership--and they are happy to do so.

Did you start a membership with a family member who doesn't go to the gym anymore? Were they the base membership? Have them cancel, save $39.95 a month and enjoy your $29.95 membership!

I am not the kind of person that leaves negative reviews, but I feel deliberately difficult or predatory business practices deserve to be publicly identified.

I literally haven't been in almost a year and a half. Payed my fee along time ago for the green chip. And month after month my account gets money taken out. Every time I call it's straight to voicemail and ignored on Facebook. Hopefully they see this so I can get my money back!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have been trying to cancel my membership due to pregnancy for 4-5 months now. Have called and went into business multiple times during their working hours and no one is ever at the herrin location. When I did finally run into an employee they told me that canceling due to pregnancy would be easy and one of their managers would reach out to me. It’s been 5 months now and never have I once received a call from quest fitness themselves. Put a block on my account so they couldn’t charge me and they sent my info to another billing company who has also reached out to quest fitness regarding my cancellation twice now with no reply. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym, trying to cancel a membership with them is almost impossible. Do not recommend

I love this gym!! I’ve made so many new friends 🙃 It makes my day to see Milee behind the front desk. I love the atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming. Wide variety of equipment and is well maintained. Highly recommend!

I love both locations! However, some of the equipment at Marion fits my needs to prepare my body for a successful knee replacement surgery. I do work with a personal trainer, however, the equipment is self explanatory, even for me!

My son has a membership I’ve been trying to close and I can’t seem to reach anyone when I did reach someone they said email us and show proof of son moving back to Washington . We did we emailed we called showed our proof and I’m still getting charged !!!! 😡 My son moved back to Washington over a year ago and I still can’t get this membership stopped . Changed my account at bank and they still managed to charge me and with a late fee or they raised the prices!! Very disappointed in this place!!!

If you are looking to get in, do work and then get out, this is your place. 24-hour access and the best staff when they are there during regular business hours. Clean facilities. Sauna equipped. Even got a smoothie bar. The younger staff does like to play a little too much pop music, but will change it to rock if you ask nicely. I mean don't get me wrong, I'll listen to a little Beyoncé now and then, but not when working on sweet gains. Here's to your health!
