Ray is hands down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He was patient yet pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and try new things I normally wouldn’t have if I was by myself. He also continued to help work around my back pain and was able to tailor exercises to what best worked for my body. Overall, he’s very knowledgeable and helped me obtain noticeable results.
I would recommend anyone to work with Ray. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

Just starting my fitness journey and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Ray has been incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and supportive every step of the way. He's very understanding of my being a newbie; he patiently explains every movement thoroughly, making sure I can do them correctly. His focus on improving my form and strength makes each session effective and safe. Plus, time flies by during our sessions thanks to his charismatic personality and varied routines.
