I was temporarily relocated to Naperville with my job for 6 weeks and needed to find a new home gym. I am so grateful that I found Revolution Fitness!

The welcoming community of people, and consistent quality of programming here is essentially what made me choose this as my home away from home. I tried some other gyms in the area and no other gyms matched the level of personalization and quality that I found at Revolution Fitness.

I learned a lot from Coach Sean! He leads every workout with kind and clear instruction focusing on proper technique and modifications available as needed per your individual level. The 6 am crew that I worked out with was a diverse group of hard working athletes all at different levels. It’s a very motivating environment, every single workout was challenging and thoughtfully programmed. I absolutely loved working out here!!

Revolution fitness is the best gym in Naperville! I have tried several workouts and gyms over the years but am so glad to have found my favorite place after so many years ! Coaches Sean Hastings , Beatrix abs Spencer are the best coaches in Naperville! They work on your form and technique in lifting , gymnastics movements, running , rowing and every possible movement! Along with CrossFit classes they also have OCR and Dekafit classes so it gives me variety and I am learning something new all the time! I look forward to going to workout everyday abs bored when I have to take a rest day! They also do private classes for clients! I would highly recommend giving them a shot !! You will not be disappointed , as a matter of fact you will meet the best coaches, members who will treat you as family and the result you keep getting stronger and fitter !

Whether it’s your first day working out, or you’ve been doing for 10 years, everyone is welcomed the same here. No cliques, curl bros, or squat bunnies. Rather, it’s an eclectic group of people cheering and supporting one another, while pushing themselves to the next level.
I really like the fact that it is a Spartan SGX/OCR gym. There are several coaches and members here with extensive OCR experience, and they are always more than happy to help pass on knowledge and training tips in order to race better. My racing ability has vastly improved as a result of training here.

I joined Revolution Fitness almost 2 years ago now, and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made. The coaches here are invested in helping you be a healthier and stronger version of yourself. I’ve set and accomplished a number of goals through the support I received from coaches and other gym members here. It doesn’t matter if you’re currently active or haven’t worked out in five years (like me) when you join, because they’ll scale the workouts match your level of fitness. No matter where you are though, you will definitely be challenged and will have a community of folks cheering you on every step of the way!

I have been a member at Revolution Fitness for approximately three years. I originally joined because I plateaued and wasn't happy with my fitness level. I started with Crossfit classes which were challenging and yet fun! Then I decided to take part in the OCR classes, and got hooked on OCR! The classes are run by awesome, knowledgeable and most importantly positive coaches. They encourage, they push, they have fun, they truly make the "suck" worth it!! There is a whole variety of programs to include open gym, where the coaches will help you with great instruction or just leave you alone.
The members that attend are awesome as well. There is a great sense of community between both Crossfiters and OCRers. Most members do a combination of both types of classes, sprinkled in with yoga, foundation classes, barbell classes, etc.
I cant think of a better place to challenge myself, improve my fitness, and have fun. Thank you Sean, V, Spence, Carrie, Ken and Ed!!!

The constant variation makes it both a challenge and fun. The people and coaches are extremely welcoming and there are options within each class for every fitness level. You don’t need to know the movements or be fit before walking through the door - that’s what the coaches will help you with. Highly recommend

Revolution Fitness is more than just a “gym”. The team of amazing coaches are committed to getting the best out of every member. They are personal, supportive and very knowledgeable in teaching you how to become active, fit and strong in small size class atmosphere. This gym offers CrossFit, boot camp, OCR training and women’s weightlifting classes. I signed up over a year ago and have taken advantage of all these classes. I have been in the best shape of my life and getting better every day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND REVOLUTION FITNESS!
