If you’re looking to pump up your fitness routine with a healthy dose of fun, look no further than Rhinostrength gym. This place is the real deal when it comes to both serious workouts and serious laughs. First off , let’s talk about kettlebells . Whether you’re swinging or squatting you will have the burn in all the right places. And then there’s Steven , the maestro of muscle , not only does he know his way around a kettle bell , but he is also the funnest and nicest trainer I’ve ever met. Rhinostrength gym is where magic happens.

I started training with Steven earlier this year and I've become a big fan! Steven's programming has me feeling stronger and stronger each week (I can now deadlift 150lbs?!?!!?). But what's more important to me is how he approaches our sessions - he makes it fun and always celebrates progress. He also has that unique ability to balance care/compassion with the appropriate amount of pushing and high expectations so that slacking off is never an option while you're there.

Seeing results fast! It’s important to know: I don’t like to work out. Never have. Never will. But Steven’s workouts WORK so I keep showing up. He has been a great investment.
My 6-month results have been so significant that I started getting positive comments after just 8 workouts with Steven.
He looks very tough and intense but he’s actually very friendly and encouraging. He has convinced me to show up even when I would rather just pay to late cancel. That’s a clear example he’s passionate about his clients’ goals, not just taking their money.
If you don’t like the phrase “anywhoo” then Steven is not for you.
