Fantastic place. I couldn’t force myself to go to gym, ever, yet I’m a regular here. The groups are small so you get full attention from the coaches. Classes change every month so you have enough time to master all the movements but it doesn’t get boring. Everybody is super friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

I started taking strength classes at Rock Solid in November 2024, having previously been a member of a larger gym in the area. My only regret is that I did not join sooner!
Blair, and all of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, providing a supportive environment that makes all members feel at ease. The smaller class sizes are highly motivating, and the personalized attention available is an added benefit. I am excited to continue my fitness journey at Rock Solid Health.

Rock Solid is a fantastic boutique gym. The founder Blair customizes monthly workouts and has an awesome team of trainers who make the hour fly by. The schedule is great, offering a variety of times morning day and night to get your workout in. Shoutout to the 6am crew! Always the best way to start my day.

I called and asked if I could use the gym's Normatec Boots. I arrived ten minutes later and was welcomed by one of their awesome trainers, Matt. He took the time to get to know and made sure I was set up before we started trying his client. I will certainly be back here to get my recovery and even my workout on. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely love this gym. I am not a gym person. I came in not even knowing how to hold weights and gyms have always intimidated me.
My trainer has provided guidance and workout adjustments to make sure I’m safely pushing myself. And the other folks at the gym are a fabulous support system.
It’s been thrilling to see my progress over the last few months. Would recommend 100%!

Great community. Im a VERY busy person. I have multiple jobs and a family that counts on me for support. Its easy to deprioritize my needs over those of others. I’ve been going to this gym since august, and have loved every moment. Even when my muscles are sore! I was so new to the “gym” setting and was afraid to look dumb, but was so welcomed and comfortable from my first class. Each class has varying levels of skill, and you cheer each other on. What I thought might be a month of classes or so has become a year membership! I love having the ability to move my body and become stronger every day. Thanks Blair, Cass and Briana!

I signed up for the 6-week Solid Start program at the beginning of May 2022, and after that concluded, I committed to a year membership. The coaches are awesome, the classes are challenging but fun, and I love the community. They take a holistic and individual approach to health and fitness, which is super refreshing. I am so grateful that I found Rock Solid, and I can't recommend it enough!

Rock Solid is the fit family you didn’t know you needed but then can’t live without. The programming in the group classes is challenging and fun at the same time. Working out doesn’t have to feel like a chore, not here at least! The environment is encouraging, not only from the trainers but the other members too. Blair and the Rock Solid team have been supportive, health-first focused, and holistic in their approach to physical fitness. The smaller classes mean more direct feedback and attention, but with the added benefit of workout buddies.

Working out at Rock Solid has been one of the best things I ever did for my health. I love the environment, and I couldn’t believe a place like this existed right where I live. Before going to Rock Solid I was spinning my wheels at Planet Fitness, getting very little results, and wasting a whole lot of time. My workouts at Rock Solid are fun, effective, and never monotonous. My trainer Bailey is incredibly knowledgeable, and is always retooling my workouts to my needs to make sure I get the most out of them. Plus I always enjoy our conversations. Unfortunately, I’m going to be moving out of the city soon, and I wish I could take Rock Solid with me wherever I go.

I joined this gym for the location and I committed to a year membership! My old gym was HIIT only, and this place is a mix of solid, strength-building programming, some yoga/stretching, kettlebells, and conditioning/HIIT classes. There’s a mix of equipment which keeps it fun.
Honestly a huge plus to me is the gentle warm up & prep work we take before diving into the weights. I really feel like the focus here is on steady, controlled progress. Each month has a new program and they provide a way for you to track your progress. I’m a nerd and appreciate the consistency!
The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never heard anyone say “Beach Body” and I really appreciate that.
Small classes give it a real neighborhood vibe and I’ve made a few new friends- no small thing in this endless time of never leaving your house!

I can’t say enough good things about Rock Solid Health. I joined Rock Solid over 2.5 years ago and have loved being a member ever since! The coaches are fantastic; super friendly, very knowledgeable, and attentive to your individual needs. They give you feedback and adjustments during the workout and the encouragement to push yourself harder each class. Not only are the coaches great, but all the RSH members are fun, positive, and very supportive.
Group classes are tailored for every level; beginner, intermediate, and advanced, which makes it compatible to wherever you are on your fitness journey. They have a lot of different class times available throughout the week (morning, afternoon, evening, and even virtual classes), which makes it easy to fit in with changing schedules. Also, classes are kept small, so you get personalized training unlike larger group classes at other gyms. I love the different types of classes available as well, like strength training, kettlebell, conditioning, yoga, etc. Overall I’ve learned so much about fitness, health and wellness, and how to set attainable yet challenging goals for myself. I would highly recommend RSH!

I've been going to Rock Solid for 3 plus years. Every trainer I've been paired with has been great. I'm with Bailey now and look forward to my twice a week sessions. She makes everything very fun and challenging. I love the motivating social media posts from Blair. I haven't done any group work outs yet, but they look very fun!!

I started training at Rock Solid during the pandemic as a pivot from my regular gym. What I had originally thought would be a temporary change, has become a permanent part of my wellness routine. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and highly supportive. The gym is clean and welcoming and I have made more improvements in my health and wellness than I did when working out on my own. I have no plans of ever *not* training at Rock Solid!

I enrolled in the 6week, Solid Start program - not only did the classes fit perfectly with my schedule but as a yoga teacher they aligned perfectly as fitness movements to improve my practice & flows for clients. Blair is an incredible owner who cares about the wellness of each client, frequently checking in to make sure they’re doing well.
Not only am I a client but I now teach yoga there. The studio space allows for fitness enthusiasts to gain a new method of wellness with our yoga classes, and is great for newbies to the practice.

I joined Rock Solid in late August. I’ve always had a strict workout routine but struggled to find the motivation to push myself to the next level with at home workouts or at a traditional gym. Rock Solid had allowed me to get stronger and more confident in myself.
The instructors are helpful in helping make sure you’re comfortable with each movement, performing the movements safely and challenging yourself to lift heavier or try a more advanced move when you are ready for it.
The gym also offers a great sense of community, which I was missing as a result of remote work.
I am so happy with the entire Rock Solid experience and highly recommend it to all.

My fitness story at Rock Solid Health:
Before I started at Rock Solid, I had the most inconsistent fitness routine. I worked out at gyms here and there, but nothing stuck. Eventually I found Rock Solid. Blair convinced me to come in for a personal training session, knowing that I was so inexperienced and felt a lot of pain when I worked out. That one session truly did change my life. I knew that I finally found a place with people who knew how to help and loved doing it!
After a few months of personal training, I moved into group classes with confidence! Then the lockdown struck, and I was worried that I'd find myself giving up again - but once again, Blair gave me that extra push I needed and made sure I stayed working out during the virtual classes. Throughout the year, I kept up with weekly virtual workouts, and finally made it back into the gym once restrictions were lifted.
I never thought I'd be a "fitness person," but the community at RSH has made me absolutely love going to the gym and getting my workout on! I have been able to become more active in my daily life outside of the gym as well, pushing myself to get outside and get moving. I don't have the desire to binge eat or hyper-restrict my diet. I found a community that lifts each other up and encourages each other to be the best versions of themselves through fitness, health, and wellness!
Being part of Rock Solid has made me into a better person overall. I have more dedication and more confidence. I feel stronger, inside and out. I feel proud of myself after completing a workout, knowing that I'm doing what is best for ME - and that is the most amazing feeling.

Blair, the owner of Rock Solid, has been great at pivoting during the pandemic. When things shut down this spring, she shifted to virtual classes with equipment rental. Now, she offers a variety of virtual and small group training classes at various times to meet your schedule. A membership to this gym also includes monitoring your progress and regular accountability. This is the gym to go to if you are seeking actual results and a comraderie of some pretty great people. Everyone here, trainers and members, are really encouraging. I also feel that precautions are taken seriously for keeping everyone spaced apart and to keep equipment sanitized between usage.

If you're like me, you never considered yourself a "Gym Person" and were feeling nervous about trying something new that you'd never done before. I was the same way, but I'm happy to say I've found my gym at Rock Solid!
Everyone is sooo welcoming and nice, and they offer consults so that they can assess where you're at and how they can help you succeed. Classes are super fun, and they make sure to explain all the movements so you don't feel left behind if you're jumping in to a class randomly. The focus is mainly strength training, but there is also Yoga, boxing, and Cardio. They also have personal trainers and nutrition consults, etc.
The staff is very positive and there are a ton of different types who work out here--all different skill levels and body types. The focus is on results and strength, and I never feel like I'm being pushed to buy or goal for things I'm uncomfortable to do. Really love it here and have bought myself a 12-month membership :)

I've been training with Alex and Blair for over a year now and it's been great. I've historically lacked the motivation to go to the gym on my own so going to a personal trainer has been really helpful for me. I get pushed a heck of a lot harder than I would push myself. There are so many that I want to tell you about Rock Solid. I was SO fortunate to find this incredible place after having had my first baby and deciding to take the year off of work to stay home with her. Yes, I wanted to take the baby weight off and get back in to fighting shape. Mission accomplished! But what I really found was a new home, my new happy place. This is a community. You can make of it what you want. What I found was a wonderful place where I have been embraced, where I have been enveloped in a special kind of acceptance and where I can strive to not only make my body healthier but also my mind and spirit. I started going to Rock Solid Health because I knew I would need some support and motivation, as it had been a while since I had been in a workout routine because of an injury. Blair was great about checking in on how things were going, keeping me motivated, and giving lots of one-on-one feedback about form. The classes are really small, so I was much more motivated to push myself and make the most of my time in the classes, which isn't always the case with the huge classes where its easy to get kind of lost. Its also a bit more strength focused than other gyms I've been too. Definitely recommend RSH!

RSH is awesome! The small group classes allow you to get personalized feedback and attention without the cost of a personal trainer. Blair is knowledgeable and gets to know her clients. She knows exactly what extra little things I need to add to help correct my body's little quirks and how to work with old injuries. There is also a small community vibe of positive people to help push you and lift you up. I've been an athletic person for a long time and this place has challenged me, pushed me past a plateau, and helped me get stronger in a way that other large group classes haven't. I'm so glad I found this place.

Rock Solid is truly incredible. In the past I was a runner and always struggled with getting into a solid, motivated strength training program that satisfied my cardio needs. Rock Solid totally changed that. The classes are the best of both worlds—you not only sweat your butt off and get a great cardio workout, but you are constantly challenged in new ways that will build your overall strength. Additionally, they are very focused on health and performance, and want to ensure that you are performing to your best potential and working on any imbalances that your body may have. They truly focus on a better you. Blair, the owner of the gym, customizes all of the classes and they kick butt. One of the best parts about them is that they're max one hour—and typically between only 5-10 individuals. Everyone motivates one another, creating a fun atmosphere that makes the time FLY. I also have worked with one of their personal trainers, Alex, who is incredibly passionate and knowledgable at what he does. I have worked with trainers in the past and never been guided or taught at this level of detail. Before creating me custom workouts, Alex took me through a fundamentals stage which taught me so much about my body, what I need to work on, and even why I have back pain. Everyone here is truly just so invested in you and it makes health and fitness feel so approachable. I seriously love this place and could not recommend it more! Don't waste your time or money looking elsewhere, this place has everything you need.

I have been training at Rock Solid for almost 6 months now and am loving it! The owner, Blair, is not only extremely knowledgeable in fitness and health but is also extremely relatable to everyone who walks in the front door. She has a way of pushing you without judgment and with a calm sense of being. Each group training class is challenging yet fun because of the wonderful community that has been built up over the past 5+ years Rock Solid has been open. From the first minute I walked into Rock Solid, I felt welcomed by everyone, with no judgment, and had a built in support group. If you are serious about finding health and fitness in your life, don't know how or don't want to do it on your own, don't want to get lost in a big gym, want to have fun while working hard, want lots of options for strength, conditioning and yoga, and/or want help with nutrition, I highly recommend Rock Solid Health.

I just signed up for a package at Rock Solid and couldn't be more excited!
Background: I work out at home and haven't had a gym membership in YEARS. I wanted a place close to home where I could work out in a small group setting, challenge myself and get the proper attention and guidance on form and results since I'm an injured runner...and I seem to have found all these things at Rock Solid.
To begin with, I love that Blair (owner/trainer) offers a 2 week trial package. It gave me a chance to try the variety of classes they offer and make sure it's a good fit before signing on the dotted line. Second, she has a variety of packages and services that meet different needs.
So far the work outs have all been great and just what I need to strengthen my body and to top it off, Blair as well as the people who attend classes are all nice and friendly. What a great find! Check it out and then sign up!

I use Blair as a personal trainer. She mixes things up (because I have workout ADD) and makes sure to keep the workouts at a challenging pace. I'm the laziest person I know and I enjoy my Saturday sessions with Blair... that's gotta say something!
