Nicole is a terrific trainer and a lovely person. Coming off of surgery and chemotherapy for colon cancer in my 60s, I was concerned about how best to start rebuilding all the muscle mass and stamina I had lost. Nicole developed a building-block plan that focused on one muscle group after another. She clearly explained the rationale for each exercise and how to do it. She offered effective encouragement and relevant feedback. Nicole also listens and answers questions patiently. She is a keen observer, so when she says you can handle more weight than you might think, she is right! After meeting with Nicole pretty much weekly for about 8 months (for an hour at first, but 30 minute sessions later), I am in my best shape since my early 30s! And I know I can do more. I have a great repertoire of exercises and activities to choose from both at the gym and at home — and even in my hotel room when I am traveling. I recommend Nicole whole-heartedly!

Nicole is my kind of trainer! She is passionate about helping me attain my goals. I work with her several times a week in Booty Buster classes and personal training sessions. She keeps me honest by reminding me which muscles I need to focus on during certain exercises. I am very excited to continue my journey to swole with Nicole 💪

I had a great experience working with Nicole. She developed a 6 week strength training plan based on my experience and current fitness level as well as my goals. I got into strength training after injuring myself running. My sports medicine doc told me to incorporate strength training. When I heard of Nicole’s plan, I jumped at it! I’m so glad I did, because after learning what I’ve learned after working with Nicole, I’m finally running better than ever after 6 months of no running! I can’t wait to work with her again. Highly recommend for all activity levels.

I am a couple weeks into my program working with Nicole, and so far been very happy with the program! I consider myself an experienced lifter, but wanted to just try something new and refresh my program as things were getting stale - and she absolutely delivered! Nicole not only did she refresh my program with new exercises, she also prescribed a totally new-to-me workout type which so far has been extremely effective. I definitely plan to keep these going in the future.

One of the big benefits of working with Nicole is that she was able to take my existing home gym into consideration and build a program that used exactly the equipment I have. Further, she took my actual availability into account and did the timing so that it fit into my real schedule. Good luck finding an online program that can do that (well)!

Lastly, although I did not sign up for the nutrition plan, Nicole was able to answer some immediate questions I had about my own diet and help make some small changes. So far this has actually made a significant difference in energy levels throughout the day.

Nicole is truly an amazing person and trainer. She is extremely motivating and pushes you to places you didn’t think you could get to. Her workout plans are personalized and effective. I have never been more amped to go to the gym, and for the first time in years I look forward to working out. After the first two weeks I am already feeling the difference in my body and the way it reacts to working out. I feel stronger each time I do one of her workouts. Nicole is always willing to answer any questions you have when you either are unsure of an exercise or need advice on nutrition. Hire her. You will not regret it and neither will your body!!!
