I went to the wrong location for spin and Heather was so kind to personally take me to the correct location. Not only that but she helped me and my friend set up on the bike! Above and beyond customer service.Everyone is so welcoming. The vibes are amazing.

Have loved RPM cycle classes since it opened! The perfect place for cycle, strength, TRX, and cycle-fusion. Bootcamp is right outside. Today I took PowerBeat & Strength 60 for the first time. Lindsey rocked it! Awesome playlist, amazing energy, and great heart-pumping workout. If you’re looking for Real fun! Real results! Real community! Real Positive Momentum! Look no further than RPM!!

I never thought I would like Cycle classes but boy was I wrong! RPM offers a variety of classes that incorporate different combinations of strength , yoga or core. The instructors keep you motivated and have great playlists !

RPM is awesome! The workouts are SO hard but in a good way. Heather recommended a myzone heart rate belt which really helped me challenge myself. The gym is so clean.

If i ever walk in feeling sleepy or hesitant i always walk out feeling energized and grateful that i dedicated time to myself

One day back in January of 2020 I decided to take a chance and try a spin class at Heather's former cycle location. I despised running, but needed to find a cardio exercise I enjoyed as heart disease runs in my family. I expected the staff to be friendly based upon my experiences in her non-spin classes, but was pleasantly surprised that the members were just as helpful and encouraging. Between the welcoming vibe, wonderful instructors and awesome classes I was hooked much to my surprise. For the first time ever, I actually started to enjoy going to the gym vs thinking it was punishment.

During the various Covid-19 phases, Heather and her team had to get creative and we even cycled virtually and/or outside as things started reopening again. It didn't matter though because I was 100% hooked on the classes and instructors by this point. It was nice going to a gym where the instructors know your name and you know the other members.

We excitedly awaited the opening of her new location, RPM Cycle & Bootcamp, which is absolutely gorgeous! Tons of bikes, great sound for the music and cues, motivating metrics on large screen TVs, plenty of parking. I love the fact they brought back a lot of fusion classes like Cycle Vinyasa, Cycle Core and Cycle TRX to name a few. I also appreciate the fact that they offer classes at various times throughout the day as my work schedule can be unpredictable at times. Their app makes scheduling classes a breeze too.

I could go on and on, but will sum it up with if Heather and her team could get me to workout regularly, then they are doing something right!

What’s not to love about RPM Cycle and Bootcamp? The studio is brand new with so much light, excellent sound system and top of the line Kaiser Bikes. The best part about RPM is definitely the coaches. Each of them coach their class in different ways that challenge you to push your limits. When the weather gets nicer I can’t wait to do Bootcamp outside.
