About the Club

RSTR (Re*store). We are a boutique gym located in the heart of the South Loop. Our specialty is 30 minute classes that focus on strengthening the body, increasing your metabolism, and eliminating excess fat. Alongside the workouts we provide a look at your body composition using the InBody scan and set up a consultation with a coach to get, what we call, your true self assessment. We clear the floor for stretch in between classes and emphasize the importance of connecting our breath in workouts. We provide state of the art tools for recovery such as cryobath, cryoshower, Infrared sauna, compression therapy, and much more.

I have been a member at RSTR since 2021 when we moved back to the South Loop. When I first joined, it was a convenient gym right across the street; however, it has become so much more than that. RSTR is not only an amazing community, but it's a family.
The team truly cares about every person who walks through the door, and takes the time to get to know you, your goals, and how they can best help you succeed. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do and are constantly walking around the room during workouts for questions or to help fix form. The workouts are carefully crafted, a special type of "fun" :D while still pushing you to be your best.
RSTR is the perfect balance of structure and encouragement, especially for those just starting their fitness journey OR for someone looking to level up and want an accountable hand to push them a little harder!
I have been a member of so many different gyms, and I can honestly say how rare it is to find a place where you can meet your goals, "laugh" through the sweat, gain new friends, and feel like you are truly part of a family.

I have been a member for a couple months on and off due to my busy schedule and I really commend all the staff and coaches here for doing such an amazing job at addressing questions, making everyone feel welcome, providing proper guidance on the exercises. I wish I could continue on this fitness journey with RSTR if I didn’t need to travel. I am very sure that if I could consistently be with them for 6 months, I could be completely transformed in the best way! My time with them at least gives more more confidence in doing exercises outside my norm- ones on apps/Youtube that I didn’t imagine doing otherwise.

I really also loved that they had a student membership for $119/month which covers unlimited classes, 3 sauna sessions, and a TrueSelf assessment that gives info on my weight, BMR, muscle mass and other measurements and helps me track my progress.

It was overall a great brief experience but I feel I will carry something from it that will last much longer.

I had my last class at RSTR last Friday because unfortunately we had to move out of Chicago. I wish I could keep working out here because all the trainers are SO supportive! The members that I have met here are also very friendly. I also love that the classes are only 30 mins long, but still kicked my butt every time!

They kick my butt in a fun energy-inducing environment with colorful lights in a dim setting. It’s also such a great fam of athlete-minded trainers with warm energy. I am feeling complete now in my mix of lifting/circuit training here with my reformer Pilates and occasional running elsewhere. They also have high tech recovery equipment. I’m here for it. πŸ”₯ πŸ₯Ά 😏

I had two personal 30 minute workouts with Jatnna as part of a package during my stay at the Sheraton. She was so wonderful! She came up with exercises to work out lower body, core, glutes one day and back, shoulders, and arms the next day. She is so knowledgeable and kind, and accommodated my fitness level perfectly. She taught me so much in a short period of time.
I went the first day on a whim and couldn’t wait to go back the next morning. I really enjoyed working with her, and I honestly wished I lived in Chicago so I could go to her gym. Highly recommend!!

RSTR has a great 30 Min HIIT workout regimen combining strength training and cardio. There is also a pelaton, massagers and open gym when classes are not in session. The staff is friendly and focused on giving you the best experience in the 30 minute workout sessions. While HIIT can be intimidating for beginners, the pace and manner in which classes are instructed are tailored for all levels and you get a great workout! The environment is clean and well organized. The workouts are fun and invigorating. The class peers and staff make it feel more like family ❀ than a gym. They offer a FREE session so you can experience it first hand. Don't wait...your new body and new mindset awaits!

I had the most amazing experience attend RSTR. All of the trainers were personable and worked really well with everyone's skill level; while still pushing them to their greatest potential. It is truly a family feel kind of space, where everyone truly cares about each other.

RTSR puts health first, in all ways. Due to a toe injury, I had to take a back seat on exercising and RSTR was gracious enough to pause my account, allowing me to heal on my own time. I really loved this space and am sad to leave due to relocating.

So, if you're in the Chicago area, definitely check them out! 10/10 recommend.

Hard. Core. Workout. I value my time immensely, but I also don't spend too much time on my physical health. First time coming to RSTR and I WILL be back! They have 30min classes that not only assist in improving strength and endurance, but you'll feel like you did a 2hr workout by the end of it! This is definitely a place I can utilize my time to focus and get pumped on improving my physical shape. I'm not looking forward to the soreness, but best believe I'll BE back for some more!!! Jatnna was my coach and was suuuuuper encouraging and so enthusiastic. I was at no capacity to complete most of those 30-60second intervals (yup, they're that short of burst workouts, but they feel like a lifetime); however, she and other members were applauding and pumping me up the entire time. The energy is THERE! I highly advise at least trying a class. That's all it'll take. Now dreading tomorrow's soreness!

RSTR is more than just a gym, it is a community that cares about helping you achieve your goals. During the 30 minute Endurance classes, I’ve burned up to 500 calories.

The combination between my favorite hip hop songs and the contagious energy of their coaches makes it a really fun class. Although 30 minutes doesn’t sounds like a long time, the high intensity of the workouts will leave you feeling like superwoman at the end.

They provided me with a complimentary In Body assessment to learn about the imbalances in my body before starting my transformation as well! If you’re in the South Loop area...you MUST check out this gym !
