I found Sari years ago through her fantastic online reviews. I’m long overdue to leave a review of my own to pay it forward to others.

Sari is amazing. I’ve worked out with her now for several years. I can’t imagine working out with another trainer. Sari shows up to every workout with high energy and a plan for our hour together. I love that she works out alongside me. Between Sari and the great music, the hour goes by so quickly. We end every session with boxing, which is a fun way to wrap up. I’ve gotten stronger and muscle tone, which I notice in my workouts, my clothes and my everyday life.

The garage gym is so unique and awesome - and having a designated parking spot makes it so easy.

Also, Sari is just a great person. I truly enjoy seeing her twice a week.

Sari is the BEST personal trainer and I would recommend her to anybody at any fitness level!!! She is amazing at what she does: she will make you feel immediately at ease and you’ll leave feeling sore & accomplished. When I started working with Sari, I was starting from zero - no work out experience or fitness at all. Meeting with her twice a week, I physically feel better than ever and stronger than ever. All I have to do is show up. Sari has awesome personal gym facilities, she plans and tracks all my work outs, and sometimes I even get healthy snacks. She has ruined all other gyms and personal trainers for me. 10/10 recommend! 🌟

I can’t say enough good things about Sari Weiss! Personally, she’s badass, kind, and so much fun to work out with. Her schedule is flexible and when I can’t find a sitter she lets me bring my twins. She will even keep them distracted so I can get through the reps. Physically, I’ve lost 12lbs and gained enough muscle to pick up my twins, 30lbs each, at the same time! It took a lot of courage to show up for our first session but I’m very glad I did. Getting started postpartum was incredibly intimidating but I physically felt ready to try. For the Moms like me hesitating to get started I sent this to Sari about a month ago.

“I reluctantly put on a pair of skinny jeans for the first time since giving birth to twins 3 years and they feel AMAZING!!! No more bulge. I can't explain what it's like when you have kids and you're this totally different person mentally and physically. For me, working out was not about vanity it's regaining control, confidence, and fitting into any size pair of jeans comfortably. What you do, it's more than a workout. Seriously, thank you Sari!”

I've been working out with Sari for about 6 months now. I could not have found a better personal trainer, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Sari puts a lot of thought into customizing workouts so that it's always a different blend of cardio, strength, and boxing that never gets boring. I've always struggled to maintain a workout routine, largely due to boredom and lack of self-motivation, but Sari makes the workouts fun and interesting and, importantly for me, always explains the purpose of each exercise. She's extremely motivating - she notices all improvements (big and small), continually provides constructive feedback to improve my form while also being very encouraging, and is all-around the best hype girl.

She's also very personable, thoughtful, and flexible. Sari is fun and high-energy, and her love for working out is infectious. She goes out of her way to make things easier for me and to improve my general health (e.g., easy parking, letting me bring my dog to workouts, introducing me to different nutritious/healthy snacks, etc.). And she always works around my schedule - even during my most stressful and busy work weeks where I don't think I'll be able to fit in multiple workouts, Sari always finds a way to make it work and I leave feeling refreshed and energized.

I never thought I'd ever say this, but I actually look forward to working out now. The workouts with Sari feel so efficient and comprehensive, challenging every time while still being accessible, and it feels very rewarding to see physical improvements. Best money I ever spent, and the best decision I ever made for my physical and mental health.

4/10/25 UPDATE:

I’ve always struggled with maintaining a regular workout routine, but for the first time in my life, I actually feel weird/off if I go more than a few days without working out. Since June 2024, I’ve gone down 2 clothing sizes, but I’m still motivated to keep getting in better shape. I attribute all of this entirely to Sari.

I trained with Sari for some time ten or so years ago and really enjoyed the sessions. After a way too long hiatus, I started to go back to Sari for training and it's been great. I should have gone back sooner. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. It's a judgement free zone in terms of what my fitness level is and also getting the different moves right. Her workouts push me beyond what I would do on my own, in a friendly and encouraging way. She is also great at reading her clients and knowing when to push and not. Best of all, she creates a specialized plan for each session. The time she invests goes beyond the session itself but also the prep she does for each session. I leave every session feeling strong (both physically and mentally) and good about the progress I'm making. I'm so glad to be back with Sari - I just wish I had done it sooner. It's definitely worth the financial and time investment.

I have worked with Sari for 3 months now and love it! She is so energetic and positive, it helps motivate me to work out when I'm usually short on time, energy and motivation (or knowledge of what i should do).

Before her, i was doing random Instagram workouts, too much cardio with Peloton, occasionally hot yoga or weights. But i was inconsistent and needed a routine to help me get in gear.

Sari to the rescue. When i reached out for PT she was very responsive and clear about her services and pricing. I have found that she is super organized and makes my time there very effective. I have told her that i want to be worked out really hard, and she has met the challenge. I always leave there feeling happy i went, like i got a really great work out in, and i'm constantly challenged. After 3 months, i've already seen physical improvements, more muscle tone and increases in strength overall.

I work full time and have 2 kids. For me, her training sessions are what i need to be pushed to have a great work out. I completely recommend Sari. She knows what she's doing, meets you at your fitness level but knows how to push you to accomplish more than you would alone. She's amazing!

Workouts with Sari have been fantastic. I started training with her a few months ago, and she creates customized, varied workouts that keep things interesting while helping me improve every week. Sari makes sure my form is correct, while pushing me to my limits in a way that’s both challenging and motivating. The next-day(s) muscle soreness feels good and rewarding.

Sari is also a lot of fun to talk with during breaks while I catch my breath and hydrate. She makes each workout more than just a routine. I think I’ve definitely made more progress with Sari than I did in the three years I spent at the gym long time ago, where I didn’t push myself or focus on technique as I do now.
