Joining SculptMode is hands-down one of the best decisions I ever made. When I found SculptMode, I was in a phase in my life where I was yearning for accountability. I needed an environment where I was encouraged to show up for myself each day, even when it was so much easier to make excuses not to. I have never felt stronger or been more consistent in the gym in my life. In a little over 12 weeks, I have lost 10 pounds and experienced more physical progress than I ever thought I was capable of seeing. Class time is definitely one of the favorite parts of my day!

Today was my first time trying a class and I wasnβt really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised though! It was a great and challenging experience. The people and staff were very nice and helpful. Canβt wait to go again!

Love this place. The classes are unique and original. They are made for full body workouts and increasing your range of motion. The place is clean, modern and full of life. You gotta give the sculpt mode yoga a try. Itβs amazing!!!!

I recently completed the 6 week Sculpt Mode Bootcamp Program and I loved everything about it! The classes were intense, but in a nature that accommodated every fitness level from beginner to advanced. I have a bodybuilding background and I am no stranger to hard work in the gym and this class kicked my butt, every time....and the best part-it was FUN! I signed up for the class to try something different and the start date was exactly 6 weeks prior to my wedding, how perfect is that!? However, I didn't expect to see results in the way that I did! In a short 6 weeks I became leaner all over and lost the last 5 pounds that I had been struggling to lose for the last several months! The instructors are really fantastic as well. The amount of energy they have a 530am was motivating and I can't imagine Michy doing anything else in life besides leading groups of people to improve their fitness and overall well being; she really has found her calling. Steph and Becca also have a way of motivating that is really powerful! I would and have recommended this class to anyone!
