Great 24/7 gym that provides all you need from cardio to strength training to flexibility and mobility. Very clean with friendly staff. Bonus: snap fitness app offers a lot of training programs and recipes. Cute monthly challenges to keep you engaged. I personally love the app. Check it out

I started coming here 2 months ago and I really love this gym. Not only is everybody friendly and respectful but the staff members are one of a kind. Jeff, Kim, and Derek are great at their job and I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone.

Snap is great! Jeff is a great friendly guy that runs a tight ship and keeps the place spotless. Derek is one of the nicest guys who always had good food recommendations.
Weekends are pretty quiet, but it gets busy in the early evening on week days. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout, from weights to resistance to cardio.

I joined early May and have been coming 2-3 times a week. The Staff is great and friendly. I see Derek the most because of the time I workout. He’s very helpful and answers any questions I or my husband have. The gym is clean and equipment is well maintained.

I love this gym. I’ve joined many others in the past, but Snap Fitness is my favorite. Super clean facility, staff is friendly, rarely crowded, equipment is generally in excellent shape. Key card access provides a level of security if you’re working out after hours. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

This gym is clean and well maintained. It never seems to be overcrowded and I am generally able to use the machines I want to. I also like that they keep towels and spray bottles for you to wipe down the machines with. I have been to other Snap gyms that do not have this. Overall, I would recommend this gym.

This is the nicest and most well maintained gyms I’ve ever been to (including other Snaps)! Jeff and all of the staff are extremely friendly and work hard to keep the space and equipment in great condition. Every year Jeff is asking for feedback on bringing in new equipment and making changes around the gym. The best part is… he listens! You can tell the staff cares about the gym and it’s why I’ve stayed for so long! Amazing gym and atmosphere. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a new gym

Been a member of Zip, and LA Fitness.
Snap Fitness beats those other places HANDS DOWN!!! Cleanliness is a top priority. The back ground music is not so obtrusive that you HAVE too wear earplugs. Safety is another thing altogether in that you need a keycard to enter, and my favorite is they are open 24-7. Also the owner Jeff is around so no need to call Corporate if you have a concern. It’s not a social club, it’s a fitness center.

It’s been a good experience at snap so far! The gym is small but not over crowded. Equipment is well maintained and the gym is clean. Lots of TV’s and music always playing, which is nice if you forget your head phones! Would recommend

Owner is very unprofessional asked to take my picture because he’s trying to catch anyone who is not a member at the gym. Note they never once asked for picture before. Accusing me! Definitely seems racist.

It's a close and convenient place to work out for my house. It's nothing super fancy but it definitely gets the job done. I think the owner wants to expand the space a little bit. It doesn't get overcrowded yet, but the machines are close together My favorite part about the places is not full of gym bunnies or muscle head idiots. It's just regular people going to work out. They also have a really great trainer named Omar. He has been helping me and I've lost weight

Don’t come to this gym if you want to lift heavy, you’ll just get harassed by the staff member Derek Wagner Because apparently it’s not a gym where you can do that. It’s the one where you have to NOT be too loud or else he gets bothered. He came up to me and try to blame me for gym damage when I had nothing to with it and I even told him to check the cameras.The actual owner has not told me anything in person and I have seen him on multiple occasions at their gym. 0/10 for this gym because of staff.

This place is addicting! I love to walk in not knowing what to expect and leave so accomplished. The staff is also welcoming and everyone is treated like family. Classes are fun and fast and effective. I definitely recommend trying them!

This guy Jeff is very unprofessional and rude, he changed my membership to his location and increased my monthly fee without any notice.

In the other hand, the crew from the Round Lake Beach location is more friendly, Bennie the owner and the guy who takes care of the gym in the evenings are super nice.

Amazing gym! Love this place! Early mornings and noon isn’t too busy. But anytime past 5pm it’s packed😂 The workers here and super nice as well and when you sign up they give you a run down of the place. No one here judges you which is why I love the gym. This Snap is my favorite. The staff is always friendly, the equipment is well maintained and in addition to the staff continually cleaning they have a surplus of bottles of cleaner and rags so that you can wipe equipment down before and after use. I can’t say enough good things about this location!

I love this snap! It’s always spotlessly clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly as well! There is a huge array of equipment to use. And the windows in front give the gym a very open feel. If you get nervous going to the gym, not to worry! It’s a very large space so you can bunker down in your own little corner. My favorite is the stair stepper, great cardio!

Sign up is a pain after signing multiple waivers and disclosures 4 of them and having to do it twice. Then paying the fees. I still couldn't access the "home gym". I could access another gym. If you have issues with your card you can only get help from your home gym during managers hours. That can make it difficult to get help, it took them over 2 weeks to get me signed up with the disclosure paper work fiasco. However once your in everything is very nice plenty of equipment and not very many people working out. The staff is very friendly and willing to help....when they are there.
