Staff is NEVER at the gym, they don't answer the phone or return calls. Been trying to cancel for two weeks and cant get a call back after several messages. Originally just wanted to cancel my daughters membership but the service is so bad I am canceling mine as well. Its a nice little gym, but management leaves allot to be desired.

Good gym. Management is never there, never available by phone or text. Paper towels and sanitize spray needs to run out for couple days before its refilled. No management here whatsoever. I literally have to sign up and use summerlin location snap fitness management just to get help with billing, card issues, etc because this gym management WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR TEXT. Unsafe building environment many building code violations. I'm sure my review in here will be deleted shortly, just like the other negative reviews left on here, such a joke.

Snap is a quaint place to work out. However, this location has equipment that is beginning to show signs of wear and tear and should be replaced.

I love this gym. It has everything you need to workout. It even has a tanning bed which I don’t use cause I’m Filipino (haha)! I can go at anytime even at 2am when I just need to clear my head. If your looking just to workout and not worry about a kid hogging up a machine cause he/she wants to take a selfie, sign up here! When I used to go to the other gym, I felt like I walked into a club all trying to impress each other. Sign up, get a real workout and I’ll see you here!

Great Staff Owner was the reason I started coming in people are nice and have had some great Clients at this location. Its the people that make this gym. Every time I Train someone. I learn something new. Great members and great people look forward to seeing you there
