ALL instructors are VERY motivating and empowering during each session, which is really helpful.
They’re also very aware of your form while doing strength and weight training, helping you with corrections when necessary, being discreet while they assist you.
Spenga is for all ages. I’m 66 years old and keep up with the class, love getting modification suggestions when the activity encumbers my ability.

I’ve been coming to Spenga to workout before they officially opened to the public! I had no idea what I was getting into at the time, but I am sure glad I went for it! This is the only workout studio that has held my attention for 3+ years. I never get bored because the workouts are always switched up and in 20 min time increments. Ending with yoga is so great for mindfulness and also flexibility after a hard workout! The instructors are all amazing and it really feels like a community there. Highly recommended!

After my 5th session I LOVE this studio! Jess and Kendall (I have only worked with Jess and Kendall as of yet) know their jobs very well and make it as easy as possible to follow along. That does not mean it is easy--they are great at making you push a bit harder! I am surprised at how much better I feel after only 3 weeks. It is definitely a place worth hanging out at on a regular basis!

Absolutely the best workout I’ve ever had! I’m someone who needs something more structured and these classes are perfect for me. The typical Spenga class is 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga. They also offer rep only classes, yoga only classes, rep/yoga, ride/yoga…lots of variety so no 2 workouts are ever really the same. The instructors are highly skilled and want to see you succeed. They make sure you are working your hardest and using your best form so you don’t hurt yourself. There are all different types of ages and body types that attend these classes so you never feel out of place or that someone is judging you. I cannot recommend Spenga enough!

I got to A. LOT. of in-studio fitness classes in the suburbs and downtown and SPENGA is by far my favorite! The atmosphere is clean and sleek, the lights are low, and the music is pumping. They offer all the nice perks of an upscale gym like a kids room, hair ties, gum, hand sanitizer, etc. The instructors here are all high-energy and each has their own style so truly no 2 workouts are ever the same. It is perfect for the busy man or women as the spin/strength/yoga concept really gets your time and money's worth. i am absolutely in love with SPENGA! I first got a week pass for free and went three times. I thought I would join and possibly go maybe twice a week. I have only been a member for about three weeks now and I go at least 4 to 5 times a week. I can’t get enough of it. There are so many different types of classes that one can take. Even if you take the original Spenga class it is always different keeping it interesting every time. If you’re looking for something that’s energizing, unique, or challenging you definitely need to try Spenga in Geneva!!

I am hooked! After recently moving from the city, I was looking for a new community, classes that work for my commuting schedule, and a workout that challenges me - I found it all at SPENGA Geneva! I tried a free week and immediately became a monthly unlimited member. I was previously pretty exclusively a yoga person but this format challenges me to do more and as I get older I find my body needs more variety in my workouts so this is perfect. Class starts with 20 minutes of spin - HARD CORE cardio with fun music to keep you pumping and pushing. Next is 20 minutes of Strength which was never one of my favorite ways to workout but as I'm sure you've heard - weighted workouts burn calories all day and of course build muscle. We do kettle bell swings, burpees of all kinds, TRX exercises, HIIT stuff - every day is different. Last is the Yoga portion - this style of yoga is focused a little more on strength and balance that your usual vinyasa flow but I love the slowing down and focus to finish off the class. Highly recommend to everyone - men and women will benefit from this!
