I have 3 daughters, and all have grown up as Spirit athletes. From tumbling to rec cheer all the way through the All Star program. I have also been at larger cheer gyms...I prefer the smaller gym such as Spirit 100%. The relationships and support of your athlete are authentic and genuine. The owner, manager and coaches all have your child's best interest in mind, even when that means corrections and strong coaching. Cheer is a sport that requires both compassion and grit, and Spirit teaches both.

This gym is amazing! The coaches treat the athletes amazing, and they teach them the importance of hard work to meet their goals. All the girls treat each other as family, and have so much fun!

It's truly unfortunate that I'm obligated to give this establishment any stars at all. My wife spent months trying to communicate with this business via phone, email, and social media. It's evident that this is an established business, and that they take no pride in how they interact and communicate with potential prospects as well as current clientele. My wife took our daughter to a trial class and as expected it was a terrible experience. There was no employees working and/or available to help assist or guide anyone in the right direction. The lobby was completely full of parents, and when I say full I mean everyone was shoulder to shoulder. It isn't a surprise whatsoever that the instructor was a young girl who had no respect, or compassion for the children she was "coaching." I find it very difficult to use the word coach, because she IS NOT a coach. None of the children, or adults knew what to do or where to go when it was time for class. 2 minutes after the class was supposed to begin a young girl came out and had a look of disdain on her face and said "alright, let's go," and literally turns away and just starts walking. I can't contest to her dialogue in the class, but given her body language and the direction in which the class was moving it was clear that she had no business working with children. I can't stress enough that none of this comes as a surprise given the owner ignored ALL communication via phone, email and social media.

I operate a business and take great pride in how I interact with everyone, whether they are a potential prospect or current client. I'm appalled by how this business operates, and confused on how anyone can support it, let alone allow their children to be associated with it.

Thankfully Ignite Cheerleading had their first session on the same evening, and we had the opportunity to make it to class following a horrific experience at Spirit. I'm happy to report that Ignite was exactly what I thought it would be, terrific. This was expected when they took the time to respond to my wife immediately. They also took time to interact with the children, and build rapport. The simplistic things one would expect from a coach.

Spirit Cheerleading, specifically the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for how you operate your business. Your employees are a reflection of your leadership, or lack thereof.

One great thing about this place is your daughter will get great at tumbling and stunting but the most important thing is that they help you develop your daughter into a confident strong young woman. My daughter started here this year during 8th grade. A junior and a senior took her under thier wing and taught he so many great things. The coaches also spend a lot of time working with and challenging the students. I have seen her use those leadership skills she is learning in school and other settings including assistant coaching. I am proud of how far she has come over the past year and she owes that largely to the coaches and student leaders that make the program what it is.

My 11 year old has been cheering at Spirit since 2013. The owners & coaches absolutely love the children & are our 2nd family. My daughter has learned so much at this gym. Much more beyond winning. She’s learned how to lose and be humble, how to be a supportive part of a team, and she’s learned that every success is earned, not given. Her and her teammates cheer for their competitors and congratulations their wins. Thanks to Spirit & cheer she’s built lifelong friendships & has gained a HUGE other family. Spirit has given my daughter confidence and ability, she had not known before joining this gym. The athletes and coaches not only encourage positivity, hard work, and dedication; they embody these qualities themselves.

We were new to Spirit this year! We have had a great experience at this gym and have been supplied with fantastic programs to improve our children's cheer abilities! We have been doing cheer with other places for 4 yrs now and Spirit has been the best in all categories thus far! At this gym you are not just a number. My daughter has been at Spirit for 5 years and absolutely loves it! They are of the mindset that cheerleaders and their families are part of a large cheer community regardless of what school or gym they go to! The coaches, families and staff are awesome and I love knowing that my daughter will always have a cheer home at Spirit Cheerleading! Love the small family gym feel. When I have had questions or concerns of any kind, I was always treated with respect and we were able to find common ground. It truly helped develop my daughter and discover her strengths as well as what she could improve on as an athlete. For me as her parent, that is want I want for her! I want her to be given feedback and taught to work hard and earn skills. This is a tough sport and having the kind, caring, tough (when they need to be) yet super supportive coaches and owners is invaluable. We have been with Spirit for going on 8 years, 3 years as Allstar and we have been to summit each year and twice on paid bids. We have always been treated as family by everyone associated with Spirit. Coaching can be tough love, but it comes from a place of challenging the athletes to be the best they can be. Great gym. Teaches my daughter to work hard and what real team work is. Is there some drama from time to time? Sure, of course. But that goes with anytime oodles of young people are together week after week. Even these times are good for character building and my child has benefited from the social navigation skills these rare instances require. Owner and coaches are invested in each athlete and readily available and reachable to keep the gym running smoothly. Highly recommend. The love my 11 year old has developed for the sport speaks for itself.

Coach Ericka is phenomenal ! Not only is she an amazing coach but she’s an amazing person. Coaching isn’t just a job to her, it’s her passion. She is dedicated to those she coaches. Spirit cheerleading is like a second home to me!! This is where I met my second family! I have been a cheerleader here for eight years and everyone here is sooo dependable and the coaches push you in a positive way and have taught us how to push ourselves and to push our teammates to be the best that you know they can be:)) I have made so many good and strong bonds here and I have never felt happier!! I have been with the program for 10 years now! I am a 19 year old, therefore a super senior! I absolutely love this gym! I would high recommended coming here! We have 2 daughters who have been with Spirit for 3 + years and we love it! Too many great things to say to list everything! They have learned hard work and determination pay off, how to work as a team, and have made many great friendships. I would recommend Spirit to anyone looking to cheer. They have programs for beginners to advanced and programs for all budgets.

LOVE Spirit! My daughter is starting her 5th season of All-Star cheer at Spirit and we wouldn't think of going any place else. Some other gyms treat their athletes like a payday and only care about money. The director and gym owner doesn't do that. She truly cares about her athletes. This is our second home!

We love SPIRIT CHEER! Kristy the owner, has been so great! The coaches are awesome too! My daughter Taylor has been with Spirit for four years! Coach Ericka is her tumbling and rec cheer coach, Ericka has been amazing, and a great role model for my daughter! Taylor started the all star prep team level one this past fall. She loves it! Coach Kristin and Abbey have taught Taylor so much, She is so confident now! She has learned so much from the coaches. When Taylor started four years ago she couldn't even do a cartwheel now she is doing flips, back walkovers, front walkovers...etc...in my living room all dayyyy long! Im so happy that the staff is so nice, and we have made a lot of friends over the years! GO SPIRIT!!!! highly recommended!
