My 4 year old daughter had an awful experience at SGC. I called in advance to get her set up with a teacher who would be the best fit for her. She is extremely shy and has a hard time opening up to strangers so I knew she would need someone patient and kind. The lady I spoke with on the phone seemed very understanding and told me the instructor she put her with was very patient and would be a good fit for her.
We were really looking forward to her trial class and had every intention to sign her up afterwards. But when we arrived, we were not met with the same attitude. It wasn’t clear which class she was in so she walked around lost and nervous for a solid 5 minutes before her instructor yelled at her and told her that she was in her class. She mispronounced her name, I corrected her, and then she continued to mispronounce her name. She did not introduce herself to my daughter, did not instruct her on what to do during stretches, and overall had an awful attitude the entire time. She seemed annoyed to have an extra kid in her class. During the class, my daughter stood to the side the entire time until the instructor rudely pushed her to be involved in the class. My daughter left the building crying, telling me she never wanted to do gymnastics again. We were new to the area at the time and I was extremely disappointed because she loved gymnastics before we moved.

Our daughter's teacher, Lillian, was grumpy and spoke to our daughter like she was stupid. It was her first experience with gymnastics, and it was terrible. She shouted a lot, and when she touched her it was very rough.

My daughters both go to this gym and they absolutely love it! They feel safe and learn so much from the amazing coaches! Registration is always so easy and is even better now! We got to register with a QR code this time. SGC is not only environmentally friendly but they are always thinking of new ways to be a leader in the gymnastics industry.

management is not good, not professional, staff members do not get treated fairly...AT ALL, from experience i would know. got fired from something i didn’t even do, not professional at all.

Not impressed by this place..watched my granddaughter..no straight arms..no pointing of toes..really no structure at all...if you want to see an amazing place go to Steven's school of dance
.every gymnast needs one hour of ballet every week included for form..it was clean and the people were nice..

The staff has ALWAYS been so nice and helpful, very clean atmosphere. My girls absolutely LOVE it, and look forward to class every week, they can't get enough. They love Eli their instructor...she is so sweet, and is very patient if they need extra help.

Definitely recommend if your child is wanting to join gymnastics classes!

SGC is phenomenal! We have 3 kids spread out from the team to little ones and the coaching/training at each level is top shelf. The staff demonstrates a high level of gymnastics competency while caring for the specific gifts of each athlete. The facility utilizes new equipment and new technologies. Coach Brad and his staff have created a gym that oozes love for the sport and is a great place for anyone who wants to give gymnastics a go.
PS. my younger kids can't wait until they're old enough for the team (or Ninja Night)!

Amazing place for the new gymnast or for the fierce competitor. I love that SGC offers so many fun drop in opportunities in addition to their classes like Ninja Night, Game Night, and Open Gym. It is a welcoming environment with a lot of great staff.
