Unique and authentic practice designed to align, tune and fix a spinal column as well as to prepare the body and mind to move further for more advanced yoga levels.Every student receives a practice according to their individual needs.
Practice is carefully and specially designed set of synchronized body movements combined with breathing and meditation which suits all age groups.
See our schedule for joining the class. Monday & Wednesday evening classes by appointment (sign up on our website). All other classes are walk-in.

The soul you canβt see and you can feel the place have that much vibration . Hidden gem place and awesome place for kriya yoga. On relaxation mode many times I slept but after yoga talking guruji thatβs karma

I ended up staying 2 hours instead of the advertised 1.5 hours. I spent the last 30 minutes 99.5% relaxed and meditating. The yoga routine was the first time I was able to sit directly on my heels while kneeling, which has been a goal of mine for a couple years!
