At Starved Rock CrossFit we are focused on Building a Fit Community. We offer strength training classes. Our group class setting is welcoming for people of all ages. CrossFit is unlike any other workout routine you've ever done. The results are incredible. All of our trainers are CrossFit Level1 orLevel2 Trainers and have years of CrossFit experience.
We offer CrossFit classes as well as CrossFit Kids and Range of Motion classes. We offer Yoga class on Tuesday's.

I am new to CrossFit and have been incorporating classes since July of this year. One of my goals is to become stronger during my offseason and to just learn something new. CrossFit is amazing and life changing! It’s helped me mentally and physically and it’s a great stress reliever! Bridget and the rest of the coaches push you to give it your all so at the end of the workout you know you accomplished your goal!
We’re also a family inside and outside of the gym so no matter what life throws at you when you come to CrossFit you know you’re loved and welcomed! Come try a class or 10! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve called four different CrossFit gyms my home and this one by far is the best. Coach Bridget pours her heart and soul into every aspect of SRCF. From programming and test-running workouts, making sure everyone is always using perfect form, always conforming to each persons need, to just being a downright great friend. The people, the equipment, and the atmosphere are the best of the best!

This is an amazing place to workout. The Coach is extremely motivating and adjusts to your fitness level. She is very creative & comes up with fun events for us to do as a group outside the gym. There are a number of classes that are available each day, this makes it easy to fit your schedule. If you want to be inspired & challenged, no matter where you are on your fitness journey, this is the place you want to be!

I started attending this gym almost two years ago, and its definitely the IVCC of Illinois Valley gyms. "no place so close can take you so far. its a clean, friendly, fun, interactive environment. I absolutely recommend Starved Rock CrossFit!

Our local box closed last year and after much complaining I finally made the 30 min drive to Peru and 30 min back and happily do so now 5 x a week. Coaching is most excellent ( I have learned a ton ) and a great group of people I get to call my fitfam.

After my home gym closed I started coming to starved rock CrossFit and completely fell in love with the way Bridget coaches. She has multiple ways to show different people how to do things. If you were thinking about wanting to try CrossFit anyone and everyone can do it! Coach Bridget is always thinking of a new and different workouts to do which keeps things fun and interesting. There are also two showers at the gym so if you need to go to work after a class out those are available. There are so many class times to choose from that will best fit your schedule.

No matter what level you're at, beginner to advanced, the coaches are amazing at scaling each workout to where you're at. This is such a welcoming, amazing group to be a part of.
