Been coming here for a short time and still can't get over how clean the facility is. Not afraid to use the equipment knowing it's sanitized. The staff is very friendly & professional and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing & how they like to hep the members out.

I'm really enjoying this place. Its on the smaller side, but that means u don't have to walk a mile to get to ur next excercise. Which is nice. And plus it's NEVER overly busy. Which is weird cause it's actually a really nice gym. Super clean and well organized. The staff is motivated to keep it running smooth. I can see myself being here for awhile.

It’s a very clean area with a great welcoming atmosphere. The workers are nice and greet me with a hello and how’s my day every time I walk through the doors. Being able to come whenever I like is also amazing. Most places have gotten dirty during covid but not this gym!! It’s an honest 11/10 gym!!

My Dad is 67 years old. He has been going to this gym almost everyday. With a pandemic going on you would think that you would enforce wearing a mask. He asked the man at the desk, " are you going to enforce wearing masks or do I need to quit?" His response was, " so do you just want to quit now!"

This is nothing against the staff, I never had a problem till the recent changes with gym and membership, not only do they charge 90 bucks a year for membership which you find I found out after the fact but if you canceled you get nothing and I mean nothing back, then once you cancel you need to be sure to list everyone in your account Really??? is my account you think when I mean close it, cancel means everyone underneath your account after all is your credit card that will be charge. Not sure what happen or who made changes to this old gym that use to be my second home now it's total bs again nothing against the staff this is all upper managements last year or so changes.
Beware before you sign up!!!! and if you cancel make sure you remove everything including your credit card info. I will dispute charges with my bank !!!!

I NEVER leave negative reviews but I feel the need to share. The gym itself is nice however the customer service lacks professionalism. Please make sure when you are canceling your membership you list out EVERY single person on your account by name or they will continue to charge you. Not only that the representative will hang up on you as you are trying to get money back for services that should have already been canceled especially if you are the primary on the account. Its not about money, its about principle. Choose your gym wisely if you appreciate being respecte .

I have been coming to this gym for a while and it is great!! You’re greeted by friendly faces, And they offer a machine, a place or weight (or kettlebell) for any muscle group you want to work out. Never over crowded, and always clean! You can’t beat it!!

This is the best fitness facility in town in terms of friendliness, cleanliness and just a comfortable atmosphere. It’s never too crowded and the manager is just awesome! Plus you get to use the Cary location when you become a member.
