Visiting Chicago from out of town and T was super flexible, able to squeeze me in last minute, like the night before. Very communicative and quick to respond. Customized a session for me that was challenging and fulfilling but not too hard. Friendly guy with a fun background. Highly recommend!

I have worked with 4 personal trainers because I have been moving around a lot, and Terrance is definitely the best one I worked with. The other trainers are great too, but Terrance is patient, knowledgable, kind and very focused and helpful!! His method of training is definitely helpful as I have seen a lot of progress with my strenghth and mobility within a month of working with him. He is very responsive and is always paying attention to you during the session. He kept a good record of your sessions together and he is such a kind guy!! His training method is also very good as he focused on a balance of cardio and strength, and will personalize your training to help you improve yourself. I would give a 10/5 if I could, best guy in Chicago!
