About the Club

Functional strength training. We study dysfunctional movement patterns and muscle tightness. We correct, stabilize and then create a strength & wellness program for you.
Owner Janell Elise (LPC) MA in clinical mental health from Northwestern University. Janell's research was dedicated to emotional trauma and how it relates to muscular dysfunction. Her team is focused on muscle restrictions/pains/injury and how it relates to mind/body functionality; improving athletic performance while promoting family fitness & health.

Janell is a super trainer. For all you work out needs, or just need some personal attention from a highly qualified, trainer. Stop in and get fit for the new year. Plenty of parking and the one on one attention that most of us need to get motivated and stay in shape. Stop in and set up a work out next time you feel the erge to be a better you, she's sure to get you there.

I love, love, love working out with Janell! She is super knowledgeable, and her focus on form is helpful and empowering. I gained muscle and strength really quickly under her guidance. She also makes every workout fun and changes things up often enough to keep you interested!
