Strength Time Kenilworth is an incredible hidden gem πͺ. Itβs a family-owned gym that truly values its members, and you can feel that personal touch from the moment you walk in. The staff β just three of them β are friendly, reliable, and super supportive, which actually makes the experience even better. Youβre not just another number here!
The gym is located on a lower level, but itβs clean, well-lit, and the machines and equipment are spotless π§Ό. Bathrooms? Always clean too β major win πΏ.
The environment is welcoming, motivating, and never overcrowded. You get an amazing workout that really hits those muscles ποΈββοΈ, and for what you pay, itβs honestly a steal πΈ. Theyβre also super flexible and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling or support.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serious, supportive, and clean gym with a true community vibe β.

Please go to the business it has fabulous communication and for low prices. They help you when you need help with you body like leg problems they will help you and treat you kindly. They are supper nice and they love having people join there club and when you join there club you add 1 more person to the family you are making it larger and larger. Rick does a very good job and helps you whenever needed. Phil is excellent and he is always on task and helping others that are in need. Claudia is fabulous she always help people no matter what you look like. She does a very good job and is always kind. Scott he is fabulous he always help people and is very kind. Marry is excellent She is always caring about you and helps people that are in any certain kind of need.
I really suggest you trying them and they will treat you very good at you need of help

This is a great gym with friendly and supportive staff. They have a variety of solid equipment with 3 times more squat racks than the gym Iβve been to in the past.

The facility is clean and modern. The trainers are friendly and very professional. This is the best workout place I have ever visited. I highly recommend it.

I have been training with Rick and Claudia for more than 10 years now. They are the perfect trainers! They make me work hard, but are so kind and encouraging, I enjoy my time. Their workouts are professional, but they feel like good friends. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to step up their workouts with strength training.

I found these guys after reading the book called "Body By Science" by Doug McGuff. In the book he basically shows all of the new studies that came out showing how you can get same results most people get from hours and hours of working out in just 30-60 minutes or so a week if you really slow down your movements while working out. StrengthTime specializes in the super slow workouts in which you lift the actual weights at an extremely slow pace. Each session lasts less then 30 minutes. 2 sessions a week and you're good. You get your own personal trainer each session to make sure that you're getting the maximum benefit and not slacking! I'm very busy and this saves me so much time and is much more efficient than working out for hours each week. I highly recommend these guys if you're considering a personal trainer or a new fitness center/routine.

I enjoyed the Strengthtime system. It is for real and it works. Going weekly definitely improved my strength and toning. Trainer Phil is wonderful. Thank you Phil. Unfortunately, one of the owners and trainers, Rick, behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. He was rude, inconsiderate and insulting without cause or provication. Without going into more details, suffice it to say, I would in the strongest terms possible not recommend this company. I suggest finding another strnegthtime franchise in the area.
