A unique Strength and Conditioning training facility located in Western Springs catering specifically to individuals who Strive to be better. Besides HARD WORK, INTEGRITY, & JUICE our protocol implements High Intensity Strength and Conditioning Training. Utilizing these two proven training components, and tailoring the combination to fit each client's needs and goals, we are able to provide results for a wide range of individuals. While the common denominator underlying our training is HIGH INTENSITY, do not mistake that for lacking safety as our highly qualified Coaches train with an emphasis on safe and controlled movements.

Love Strive in Western Spring! T and Jay are both great trainers who can work with you to personalize your strength goals. I like that they can create individual plans/exercises within a small group setting so that you get the max out of each session. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to add a weight program/routine to their workouts.

I love the early morning 45 min workout with Tifonte or Jay. It goes by quickly and I feel great. I have been working out very week since they opened and Iβm much stronger and my cardio is the best in years. Thanks T and Jay.

I've been at Strive Village Western Springs for about a year. This place is the bomb! My last gym was more an activity than a workout. I leave soaking wet after each session. Jay and T are both great trainers. They push me hard and I love the result!

Jay and T are great motivators but better teachers. i've learned a ton the past 2 months while seeing far more gains out of these 45 minute sessions than I was in the 75-90 minutes at the gym on my own. highly recommend Strive Village - Western Springs

I've been working with the Strive Village team for a few months and already am seeing huge results. The team is great, and have been awesome with catering exercises to my needs to re-build functional strength and work my way to my health and fitness goals. The dad bod is slowly but surely melting away. This is the best workout I've had in a very long time and beats any gym or group class experience. No question. 10/10 recommend.
