Just had the BEST CLASS EVER with Anjelica! She had such great energy, kicked everyone’s ass, had a great playlist, and great timing overall. I’ll definitely be coming back for another class!

Studio 3 is basically my second home! They have a bunch of group fitness formats, each of which is fun, high energy, and challenging. They've made some upgrades to the River North facility recently which are lovely. Finally, the instructors are amazing and I feel so at home there! Keep it up Studio 3!

I love coming to Studio 3. The variety of workouts is great for me because I am someone who needs to mix up what I'm doing every week. The instructors are all great and are super invested in their clients! They recently redid the River North location and it looks awesome. I appreciate that they keep everything fresh and up to date.

As a reformer girly, I was nervous that I’d be lost in the class but the instructor showed us every move and since it all builds upon each other I always knew where the flow was headed! As I newbie to mat Pilates I found this clad to be beginner friendly and challenging in the best ways!

The class and teachers are awesome. Unfortunate that this location has poor management. Wouldn’t recommend this location. On multiple occasions I showed up to class and was fined for a no show. They never answer the phone and have a hard time organizing their back of house. Check in people seem to be careless and the manager there showed no sign of courtesy or improvement when this was brought to his attention.

I have attended Studio 3 on and off for 5 years. Anytime I leave to try out a different format or studio, I miss the formats, instructors, and results from these classes! Wes is the best I have seen for offering modifications if that’s something that is important to you. Other than that, I think all instructors are incredible and would recommend to anyone—regardless of fitness level.

I love Studio Three, but the girl with a slick brown ponytail working the front desk tonight is not a good representative of the company. When I told her I was checking in for a class, she responded, "Yeah, your name? You're what's-your-face?" While I understand she is young and may not know any better, I don’t think that response reflects any sense of professionalism.

Some of the best spin classes I've ever taken, and I've been an avid indoor cyclist for over a decade. I relocated from MA last year and signed up for class pass to try out different places after I decided to go with a spin studio over a gym. I took Sayre's rhythm ride, cancelled CP immediately and became a member. I was pleasantly surprised to find High Def and 3x3 as strength options. Yoga and interval are also available and occasionally mix those in. I'd say they're reminiscent of Corepower and Orangetheory, respectively. Instructor styles vary and I think most could find one that suits them. Sayre, Colleen, Courtney, Maddie, Tommy, and Frank are favorites. Their facilities could use some updating like the locker rooms and some weights. I also think for safety purposes, having taken many studio classes over the years, the yoga strength are a bit oversold and they should reduce the number of heads. I chose to do most at RN because the room is smaller. But bang for your buck this is the studio. It's also a wonderful community and the friends I've met here have helped me move through my transition to a new city!

I discovered Studio Three with class pass and instantly fell in love with the studio. I became an S3 member just over a year ago and it was the best decision I’ve made and has reignited my fitness journey, which I couldn’t be happier about. The variety of classes and times make it easy to find something that will always work with your schedule and the coaches are always so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I love that I can go to all 3 Chicago locations and that they have a rewards program, because it gives you that extra motivation to stay on top of your workout routine. I rave about this studio to all of my friends and am so happy that many of them have either joined as well or use their class pass credits to go here with me. My favorite classes are Ashley C Friday 75 min yoga flow or Sayre M signature ride; although,I truly enjoy all of the coaches and all of the formats. I look forward to coming back everyday! Thanks S3!

This is my favorite fitness Studio in Chicago! I signed up for Class Pass in 2017 to try to get a better fitness routine. Have been a member for a couple of years. Love this studio. They roll their matts correct way so it’s easier to unroll them. They provide you with matts and towels so you don’t have to walk the city carrying your stuff which is super helpful. Classes are busier but that’s because everyone is on the new year kick of getting healthy, but I guess they are adding more classes. Overall, i am in better shape than a lot of my friends who work out with personal trainers or do other fitness activities. I’m not much of a cycler or a treadmill person, however the yoga based classes are phenomenal. Front desk girls are the best, remember who you are and sign you in without you having to go stand in line sometimes. 10/10

I've been a member since July of 2022 and Studio Three is the best class based gym that I have ever been to. For one membership fee, you're joining a yoga studio, a cycling studio, and an interval and circuit training gym. My issue with class based gyms in the past is that there wasn't enough variety. At Studio Three you have such a large and diverse selection of classes that you will never plateau. I've been a member for over a year and go almost daily and still haven't tried all of the classes yet. The instructors are absolutely fantastic and really help you not only to push yourself and motivate you, but they help correct your form so that you won't hurt yourself and can get the most out of your workout. And if that wasn't enough, the gals at the front desk are the sweetest people you'll ever meet and are beyond helpful and kind. You truly cannot walk into S3 and leave in a bad mood. Every interaction and every class will have you feeling amazing.

I have been a member at S3 since February, and I have really enjoyed my time here. The studio offers a wide variety of classes - but I find myself in the yoga room most often, taking yoga flow, but also strength classes like 3x3 and hi def. Two very important things for me when looking for a studio were 1) finding a spot that had very clean + well maintained amenities (something S3 does really well), and 2) a studio that was beginner-friendly as I embarked on my fitness journey.

I noticed that instructors are SO helpful, especially your first few classes (TELL THE INSTRUCTOR if it's your first time + I recommend coming in 10-15 mins earlier when you're taking a new class type to get familiar with the equipment and format of the class). They are provide so many modifications so whether you are a beginner or a more seasoned athlete you will find that sweet spot and get your butt kicked! Never taken a coach I don’t like, but Wes, Courtney, Jenny and Colleen see me basically every week :)

The staff at this location is WONDERFUL! I had been going here for a while and always had a great experience. Two weeks ago I moved from Chicago to Austin- the day before I moved I did a spin class at Studio Three and accidentally left my Garmin watch in the locker room. I didn't realize I had left my watch back in Chicago for another week and assumed it was a lost cause. But when I called up Studio Three on Clark, not only did they still have my watch but the Supervisor, Emily, went out of her way to drop it off at a UPS Store so I could recover it!
I was so impressed with her eagerness to help. Luckily, Studio Three just opened up in DT Austin ❤

I took one spinning class at S3 recently and didn't find it a real work out- more like a disco session!
Let's start with the hardware: the bikes! Seats and handles have one fix length - odd!
Now, about the class - most of the time in position 3 - the songs were repetitive - I didn't feel the energy out of the class.
Ok- with another instructor I would go again. Why? The choreography -is impressive- the lights change color, dim, turn off and are coordinated with the duration of each song- pretty cool.

There aren't enough good words to say about how great Studio Three is! I have an unlimited membership for all three floors and I've never been disappointed in any class I've taken! For cycling, Andrea, Antonia, Wes, Dani, Raul, Dustin, Erin, Sayre, etc. you really can't go wrong! The interval classes have all been extremely difficult (in a good way) and are so different each time! Take a class with Liu! He rocks! Overall, if you take a class at StudioThree you won't be disappointed! They have top-notch faculties and equipment with top-notch instructors and make working out FUN!

ETA: Many of the instructors I originally listed have moved on to other opportunities but StudioThree continues to provide top notch and high quality instructors. I’ve never taken a class that I didn’t like and I think that speaks to the solid group of instructors that StudioThree hires. There is not another place in the city quite like this - it’s my home away from home, and literally the reason I wake up before 6am. S3, I ❤️ you!

I heard rave reviews about Studio Three and was excited to give it a try. However, I didn't have a great experience. Since it was my first class, I walked up to the front desk and was quickly and shortly told that I was in the wrong place and needed to go downstairs to check in for my TORCH class. I felt really embarrassed since it was my first time - how would I have known that? During class, it was hard to hear the instructor so I felt like I was missing a lot of what he was saying (especially inclines on the treadmill, speeds, etc.). While it was a good HIIT workout, I just didn't get a good overall experience. Not for everyone.

I absolutely love this place. I come here five days a week for every morning. Don’t be surprised that the morning classes are packed. Yoga is not really just a simple flow Yoga but with strength and stamina training. I regularly work out but still feel demanding. The cycle class is one of the best selling point of S3. The classes are fun and addicting. It is easy to burn 500-600 calories. The bike is top notch peloton bikes, and teachers are professional and inspiring. Your training results will be integrated with peloton system and viewable online. The last component is HIIT class - TORCH. Yes, it is torturing;) but in a good way. The 60 minute is challenging and you will feel either great or dying :D A little thing: no hair dryer in men’s room.

This is a newer gym that has drawn some great trainers to it. I went last week to a Torch class with one of my favorite strength instructors. Format is tread, floor (weights) and row which I liked - about 6 minutes on each station before moving on.

The workout space itself was decent - nice treadmills (Woodway) and row machines, but with 30+ bodies in the space they only had one small fan so need to improve the air circulation.

This is a large gym with a downstairs (where my class was), cycling on the main floor and locker rooms upstairs. I was able to get into my first class without signing the waiver and went back to the front desk after to do the proper paperwork. You can tell they have recently opened and are still working out the kinks (i.e. where are the waivers?).

The women's locker room was a nightmare - not only was it busy (which they can't help), but the showers area was totally flooded and unlike some locker rooms where ladies are just down to business, there were a lot of Chatty Cathys.
