The best yoga studio for expecting mamas! I attended yoga at Sweet Peas throughout my first pregnancy. I found great support and community within these classes, and cannot thank Jenny enough for fostering this beautiful environment! Would highly recommend to anyone expecting!

Jenny has been a pillar of guidance and wisdom throughout both of my pregnancies. She is a warm presence and has created the most precious and much-needed space for pregnant people at Sweet Pea's Studio. I've found Sweet Pea's Studio to be a safe haven during pregnancy, having regularly attended the prenatal yoga classes and seeing Jenny for prenatal massages. I always leave Jenny's studio feeling more connected to my body and uplifted. Every prenatal yoga class offers mindful movement intended for a pregnant body while also provides comprehensive childbirth education. I have to attribute so much of my preparedness for birth to Jenny and the wisdom she's imparted in her classes. If you're looking for a gentle space to feel held and empowered during the delicate time of pregnancy/new parenthood, Sweet Pea's Studio is the place I will always, always, always recommend.

Jenny is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in Chicago. She’s so knowledgeable when it comes to prenatal massage and I always leave feeling so much better. I have a fair amount of back issues and then being pregnant, there’s just at so much going on in the body. She is so accommodating and uses just the right amount of pressure. I couldn’t recommend her more, honestly.

Jenny is just the kindest, warmest, most supportive woman and massage therapist! The perfect person for prenatal care. I’ve had MANY massages in the past and loved this so much, I already booked two more!

A great combo of relaxing and pain relief. Jenny was able to relieve pressure for me that other massage therapists have never done! Also loved that she could use cupping.

She offers yoga classes as well and rents space to other private practices, including a lactation specialist.

Highly highly recommend - a relaxing massage in the coziest, most maternal space.

I’ve come for a few prenatal yoga classes and will definitely be going for the rest of my pregnancy! It’s so nice to be surrounded by other pregnant women in such a welcoming space. Jenny is kind and knowledgeable. I really feel connected to the women in the room and on our pregnancy journeys. The first 10-30 min of class (depending on size) we introduce ourselves and share something about our pregnancy if we want and then the class is about an hour. I love it :) it’s very gentle and low impact and would be fine if you’ve never done yoga before

I LOVE this studio so much! I feel so fortunate to have had the support of the prenatal yoga class during my pregnancy along with a massage every other week for my lower back and pelvic pains. I still go for postnatal massage and I even get my little one a massage once in a while too! She loves it. Thank you for being so amazing, Jenny!

Jennys prenatal class is awesome! It is a slow and gentle class. She is very helpfull for all the issues you might have during your pregnancy. I also liked Carinas prenatal class on Sundays. It is really challlenging, makes you work and i liked it soooo much!!
