I am completely new to working out and am very out of shape. The staff at Team Green have gone above and beyond to helped me with my journey to new found help, as well as building my confidence inside and outside of the gym. I would reccomend this establishment to absolutely anyone.

Our community is so lucky to have such a quality fitness center. Owners Jake and Kelsie are knowledgeable and friendly. Jake can coach you, assessing where you are and guiding you to where you want to be. Yes, this gym attracts young people who want to build tons of muscle or sculpt their bodies. But it is also a super-friendly oasis for “older” people. As a member since it opened, I am inspired by others in their 50’s and on up who aspire to feel good and stay mobile!
