I have been an online client of Corry Tibbs for many years! Corry is an amazing person who is not only a trainer but someone who invests the time in you as a person. He gets to know what your goals are and then sets a plan (and holds you accountable!). His app is also great for anyone looking for online training as it shows videos of workouts that you may not know how to do. Corry is an investment in yourself! If you have any hesitation with the training being online - just book with him and I promise you will be impressed.

Corry Tibbs an EXCELLENT trainer! Corry is extraordinarily knowledgeable about every aspect of fitness including muscle anatomy and nutrition. Corry customizes fitness plans to each individual.
When training, Corry monitors your form to ensure you’re targeting the desired muscle groups. Corry takes his client’s previous injuries into consideration to rebuild strength and to avoid further injury.
In addition to weight training, Corry’s resume includes having been an athlete and having studied nutrition. Corry is an experienced true professional; I consider myself lucky to have found him!
(Side note: I’ve spent years in the gym; so, I recognize a good workout when I have one; I’ve had a bad personal trainer before; so, I know a good one when I meet one; I sought Corry’s assistance after I was recently disabled; and, Corry helps me rebuild strength while accommodating my weaknesses.)
