I emailed this gym to pause my membership but they kept charging me for several months after. They won't give me a refund because I used the word "pause" instead of "cancel" in my email. Please call me back when you can, Christina, to see if we can find a solution.

The people and the space are amazing, outstanding, and simply delightful. Everything is always clean and the staff is very encouraging/nice. Christina is a top notch trainer and great person! She is very knowledgeable and will help you achieve your goals without you realizing it. Love it here!
