I have had the pleasure of working with Shaun for over seven years. I have been through a lot of trainers and Shaun is different. His deep understanding of fitness and nutrition help me live a better life. The reason why Shaun is different is that he has a keen sense of balance when developing custom programs and adds a variety of different exercises to keep you engaged. The only reason why I gave him a 4 star rating is because I am sore as hell from my most recent workout ! 🤣

I had always admired Nikita's health journey, thinking, "She's really doing her thang." One day, I reached out to her with a few questions—"How? What?"—and more. She immediately made me feel at ease, with no judgment or pressure, just genuine support.

She invited me to check out her sessions, and although I was nervous, I went. Watching her work with others in similar situations was inspiring. I'll never forget her saying, "We’re all working toward the same goal, and we can help and motivate each other."

I’ve been training with Nikita at Optimal, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly patient and takes the time to ensure I’m doing each exercise with proper form. She knows exactly how to push me to my limits without making it feel overwhelming. Her energy is so motivating—it keeps me going even when I feel like giving up. About 6 months ago, I began my weight loss journey. I started with basic workouts, not really knowing what I was doing. I weighed 285 lbs. I lost some weight, but then I hit a plateau. I couldn’t get past 260 lbs. Then, I decided to work with Nikita about 2 1/2 months ago. And let me tell you! I started to notice a change almost immediately. She helped me break through my plateau. I’m currently at 250 lbs. She’s very knowledgeable and very understanding of your goals. She’ll motivate and push you to get you where you want to be. If anyone is interested in starting their weight loss journey but doesn’t know where to start, I highly recommend working with Nikita. You won’t regret it. You’ll be sore, but you won’t regret it!
