The EPOC Experience is a fully stocked 24/7 fitness center. We provide all your equipment needs by supplying cardio machines, free weights, and more! We also offer group fitness classes known as EPOC Class. They are a HIIT based workout with a perfect mix of cardio and strength training. We can't wait to see you in The EPOC Experience!

From my son, George (11 yrs.) -Welcoming environment and helpful staff. Not to mention the tasty products and comfortable merchandise. Workouts for all ages. Flexible class times, before or after work. As a kid myself, enjoyed the summer classes.

This is a great place to work out. There are a lot of options for machines and the staff are very helpful. There are morning and evening EPOC classes and many supplements available for purchase. I love how fellow members greet you with a smile and a nod and offer help when they see you struggling or if you want to try something new. I feel so much better after making this commitment to work on myself 6 months ago!
