I joined the exercise program in Arlington Hts which is 2x/week for 20 minutes. I love the private coaching. I enjoyed working out but due to my buisy schedule I wasnβt consistent. Now in 20 minutes Iβm able to strengthen my core and work every major muscle.

The Exercise Coach is a great tool to fight the aging process. I've been at the Exercise Coach for 14 years. I'm 81 years old and I can still keep up with people 20 years my junior. Their specialized equipment keeps my body strong and my mind sharp. The coaches tailor each workout to my abilities, and push me to reach higher plateaus. I'm very happy with the results.

Extraordinarily effective and efficient form of exercise. Amazingly, requires only two visits per week of 20 minutes each for life-changing results. Never could motivate myself to exercise previously and have been doing this at the Exercise Coach for now more than 20 years. Shockingly, I am stronger now at age 75 than when I started. I deeply thank Kevin (the owner), his staff, and his Exercise Coach predecessor, for helping me have a very active, fulfilling life.

Not for me. I don't see getting the same benefits as free weights & exercise classes, which I prefer. The entire space needed much cleaning and maybe an update.
