The staff at the Palatine Facility are excellent at what they do. After fighting a nearly one year battle with cancer, (and winning)Chris and Danny have helped me start to regain what I thought was lost.

Great program, great people. I'd always enjoyed playing high-energy competitive sports but I could never get energized to stick to a workout regimen (boring!) until I found The Excercise Coach. The 20 min sessions are perfect (for me): long enough to benefit, short enough to avoid losing interest. The best part: I've stuck with it long term, and can absolutely feel the positive results. Exercise Coach Palatine has been key to me maintaining my health and strength. They have helped me maintain a stable weight, and their strength building exercises are very joint friendly. 20 minutes two times a week does not sound like a lot, but itβs a schedule I can stick with, and gives me a complete full body workout each time Iβm there. I credit Coach for the fact I can still get in, and out, of my roadster!

I joined the Exercise Coach in August of 2020. I have had such a wonderful experience here. The club is clean, and all equipment is in excellent condition. The computer based machines show me exactly how much I am improving, and the trainers are very professional and encouraging.
I am a 73 yr. old woman who needs strength training that is difficult but safe, and that is what I get at this facility. I have never questioned the integrity of this business, and during the pandemic I never felt uncomfortable because they are able to take clients one at a time. The workouts last 20 minutes, and because of the individualized programing that is plenty of time. It is what allows them to have one client in the facility at a time.
I strongly recommend you check out this form of strength training. It is safe, a very strong workout, and I can attest to the fact that these workouts have definitely increased my strength.

This efficient strength training is the perfect answer to regain strength for everyday activities and to increase bone density. The exercises are done with a personal trainer which helps to encourage goals, but in a very safe manner. The efficiency of the workout is what drives me to continue, along with the results of feeling stronger and more energized.

This is one of the most effective way to exercise and build muscles that I've found. All it needs is 20 mins twice a week. In last 1.5 years I've lost 3% of body fat and gained 2.5% of muscle mass. The coaches are very friendly and keep on challenging you.
Though 20 mins seems very less but it takes me 2 days to recover from that 20 mins.
I would recommend this to anyone who is short on time and yet want a great workout.

We love the Palatine team! I am a firm believer that strength training is essential to good health, and that the preventative measures we take regularly over time pay off in the long run. I joined the Palatine facility 3 years ago, and have been so happy with everything there - the coaching staff is tough but motivating, the workouts are challenging yet time-efficient, and I always leave feeling like I've worked out HARD. I am 3 1/2 months into my Exercise Coach journey and I absolutely love it! I had diastasis recti after abdominal surgery a year ago and was having a hard time regaining my core strength and recovering due to complications from the surgery as well as delayed therapies due to COVID. I heard of exercise coach from one of my patients and decided to give it a try. After three months of consistently coming twice a week for twenty minutes, the split in my abdominal muscles is shrinking and I no longer need surgery to fix it . Game changer! I have had sessions with Dan, Chris & Diane and have been consistently impressed with all of my training sessions .Lastly, as someone in the medical field who has to be very cautious, I have always felt safe with the Covid regulations of wiping down equipment immediately after use , the limited appointments , one on one training as well as the micro shield germ technology that is in the studio. Definitely 5 stars for Exercise Coach in Palatine! βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ

Amazing place and incredible team. These guys took me to peak fitness in 3 months. Moreover, its a zero judgement place welcoming to all body types.
The technique is scientific and works around your injuries and weak spots. I had an insane endorphin rush after my 2 weekly workouts and that itself was worth the fees.
If you are a busy professional looking to get into peak shape and fitness levels without sacrificing tons of time, or if you are someone (like me) who gets intimidated by crowded gyms, The Exercise Coach of Palatine is the perfect place. It will probably be the best investment you did in a long time.

The Exercise Coach is a good place to change from a 98 pound weakling into the athlete you always wanted to be. Over the last year I have added muscle while losing weight. A terrific combination for me. Via a computer screen attached to each piece of weight lifting equipment, you receive visual feedback as to how hard you are working towards your goals. I have not seen such equipment at other gyms. I have found the visual feedback motivating and successfully keeping me working harder. After 20 minutes, my muscles are more worn out than an hour using other types of equipment.
The equipment is well maintained. Despite the sophisticated electronics, only once over a year has a piece of equipment been down.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They have taught me weight lifting technique that yields results. Instead of 98 pounds, I'm up to 160 pounds of lean muscle.
The facility is always clean and welcoming. I cannot say that about other chain gyms where I've worked out. The national gyms have towels all over the floor, equipment that needs to be cleaned and equipment that is broken for days or weeks on end.
While not cheap, the cost is competitive with other fitness coaches. Given all I can rave about it, the Exercise Coach delivers value. I highly recommend them.

I have seen Steve speak a few times on their approach to physical fitness and I must say I'm excited to give it a try. Others I know whom are using the Exercise Coach seem very happy with the results.
