Using this industry leading technology they measure our client’s capabilities, motivate ideal effort, and manage successful personal fitness transformation.

I've been working out at The Exercise Coach for the past two months, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The exercise coach in park ridge is a great place to gain muscle strength. The workouts are only 20 min long with a personal coach next to you the entire time. Alex, Arial and Kevin have been terrific. They have helped me recover from my shoulder surgery to fully regaining my mobility and strength. Highly recommend the exercise coach.

I love the Exercise Coach concept, my Studio, and my Trainer Kevin! I love working out Smarter, not Harder--I get better results now than when I was going to the gym on my own for more than twice as long.
I also love that I have someone keeping me safe. I have a physically demanding occupation and I cannot afford to be injured. Thanks Exercise Coach for being a part of my healthy routine and making it easy to fit into my schedule!

I really like the machine personalization. I am an avid walker and really do not enjoy organized exercise BUT Kevin and Ariel have made it feel like a game and that brings out my competitive side. Before I know it, time is up.
