The MoveMeant is a group fitness & personal training facility, focusing on both strength & conditioning, helping you MOVE the way you are MEANT to.
Our coaches are experienced in helping individuals of any ability level have a safe and effective workout. Our different programming tracks cater to the very beginner AND someone looking for more advanced movements and challenges.
At TM, you will find a welcoming community, coaches who will help you every step of the way, a clean facility, and additional amenities such as a kids' room, showers, at-home workouts, and more!

Joining the MoveMeant gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and mindset. This gym has been the only exercise experience that has (for 9 months and counting) stuck for me. The coaches (mostly James and Derek for the 5am classes, but the others as well) are knowledgeable, informative, and encouraging. The atmosphere is light and focused, all skill and fitness levels are welcome, and I have yet to leave a class feeling like I got less than what I paid for. I would not have expected myself to like this kind of group exercise so much, but it has been just what I needed.

Erika is such a great coach! She explains all the exercises and lifts and will work with you one on one to come up with adaptations so you’re hitting that “just right” challenge. I always leave Erika’s class feeling positive and empowered and ready for the next challenge!

The MoveMeant has had such a positive impact on my life. When I first started I suffered from excessive fatigue and multiple autoimmune disorders. I hadn't worked out in a long time, and knew I needed a change. The coaches walked me threw all the new movements, answered questions, and gave the motivation I needed. The friendships I've formed there are irreplaceable. It's such a joy to wake up, hang out with friends, and get a great workout. Over time, my health has improved significantly, and I know that the MoveMeant is in large part to thank. Their skilled coaches are equipped to guide begginers and advanced athletes. It has been fun to grow and progress with their guidance. I can't thank the MoveMeant enough for renewed health, friendships, and killer work outs!

This has been the best place for me. Moved here from Colorado 4 years ago, between the workouts, coaches and the community ilthis gym has not only helped me physically but mentally too. Coaches are amazing at correcting form first and being extremely motivational. Highly recommended....

For me, today was an especially good day to have Ryan coaching the class. My back has been fired up this week from learning to improve my deadlifts. Not only did he continue to spend time working with me on improving my deadlift form, he also helped me find some alternative exercises to help my back recover. The MoveMeant continues to impress me everyday. My health, sense of community, and overall wellbeing is better thanks to them all.

Just hit a year here. Facilities are clean, equipment is good, has showers, room for kids to hangout, community involvement, and the best of all the people are amazing!! From the coaches to the owners as well as members, very welcoming. If you're new to exercising or crossfit, don't hesitate to check this place out!

This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Every time I’m visiting the Quad Cities this is the only place I stop to workout. The facility is clean and the coaches are always welcoming.
