I really like the personal attention,I receive at Perfect Workout. Reyna is an excellent trainer! She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented, and fun to work with. She always knows how to get the best workout out of me. I could only wish that the workout session would be extended to 30 minutes instead of 20 minutes.

I've been going to TPW for many years. It was instrumental in getting me through knee replacement surgery. My trainer Brandon is great, knows how to get the best workout out of me. Before a workout he always checks if I'm having any issues and then makes whatever adjustments needed. He has even made a list of stretches for me. I'd recommend TPW in Park Ridge to anyone looking for a quick challenging and effective workout.

Been going to Perfect Workout for over a year and love it! My trainer, Brandon, is so encouraging and pushes me in the best way to achieve progressive overload. Iβve made so much progress because of his feedback, positivity and encouragement. He customizes the workouts for me and always answers my questions about the exercises and muscles being worked. I slept wrong on my shoulder recently and he even gave me an exercise to help stabilize that muscle group and it worked! These biweekly 20min sessions are perfect for achieving that needed muscle failure and progressive overload to grow your muscles without having to spend hours at the gym. Highly recommend.

Just finishing my 3rd week and loving every (except the lack of Chicago location) bit of this! 20 intense minutes and she continues to challenge me each session. I haven't been this excited about a program for a while - a bit pricy but if you can I HIGHLY recommend. Will update once my brain starts to ack the changes in my body.

Since I work 2 fulltime jobs, I decided to try The Perfect Workout. I woke up early to get there on time and no one was there. I used my very valuable time, gas, and wasted tolls to get there and nothing. I called the phone number and all extensions go to a voice-mail. I sent an email received a replay that their trainer had stomach issues. With that being said, don't waste your time. Place was in an old office building did not seem to be worth the money they charge.

Great personalized coaching will get your body to its best. But it is not for all bodies as we are all unique. This workout is stressful on joints and muscles.

My experience working with this group of trainers has been incredible! I've never enjoyed a workout this much (and I've tried quite a few), this one keeps me coming back, eager to see the trainers and jump right into the workout ! The unique nature of this workout, setup to be complete in 30min, makes it easy to mentally be up for it... while finding an hour in your day for other workouts or classes can be daunting , a half-hour is easy to find and only twice a week.. DONE! I'm already excited for my workout tomorrow night!

I've had very good experience with this exercise approach and all of the trainers at the Park Ridge location. They are attentive and make sure every workout is a safe one with proper technique. I began to see results after only a couple months, and continuing meaningful improvement after six months. Highly recommended.

This review is from Sue Zwirek. I have been going to The Perfect Workout for a couple of months. My personal trainer, Vanya, is great. She is patient and sets every machine to the right position and encourages me at every exercise machine. She tells you how to do each exercise in the correct way. I do not ache at all after each session.
