I have been working with Matthew at Westmont PW for a while now. I am 47. I started this program almost a year after a broken femur and pt. This helped me get stronger. I was then diagnosed with osteoporosis after another break in my acetabulum. After a hiatus, I went back to Matthew at PW and feel stronger, have more stamina, confidence and feel safer in my body. He is a great coach that has fitness knowledge, is a great motivator, and is kind. I honestly don't think I would be as confident and safe with out having Matthew and the PW team in my corner. I highly reccomend.

The pandemic, and the recommendation of a friend, started MyTPWorkout committment. I've worked with Candace, a warm, enormously knowledgeable trainer who has "bent over backwards" to make the trainings, the relationship, the program work for me! I am indebted. Overall, I am clearly stronger for activities in my daily life. As an older adult, I supplement with walking several times a week and a bit of stretching/strengthening, but feeling that, what I call "noodly", physical sensation at the end of my session tells me every time that I'm challenging myself and giving myself a gift.

This is a great workout. 20 minutes guided weight lifting. Focus on form and technique. In just 2 weeks I already feel stronger and more confident. Owen is really great and encouraging. I’m 53 and pretty much starting at the beginning. Couldn’t be happier.

This place is literally the perfect place for a workout. It is quier and your trainer will focus just on you. It is clean and has great equipment. Its a small place set inside an office building little complete. A bit hard to see from the street look for their large sign outside. I worked with Mr. Lamay who is awesome knowledgeable and patient. I love this place. Except to see real changes i. Your body pretty quickly if you follow the plan of 2x each week for 20 minutes each. This is slow motion training at its finest.

I have never worked out before this and find that 20 minutes twice a week is very doable. The trainers encourage you and push you to keep going and watch your limitations. My balance and strength has gotten much better and I look forward to working out now.
