Had a great workout this morning! Phil was fun, energetic, and is a great trainer. He helped me with my form and made the class fun while still challenging! Bought a 10 pack class! See ya next weekend Phil!

Great having this gym close by. I’ve tried parks department facilities and bigger gyms, but the equipment and classes there always felt dated or overcrowded. This space is smaller, so classes are small too—much less intimidating when you’re getting back into things. It’s easier to focus on yourself without feeling like you’re trying to keep up with everyone else.

Phil is approachable and meets you where you are, which makes a big difference. Pricing is fair, and I expect it’ll get busier as more people hear about it, so signing up sooner helps. I started with single passes and moved to a monthly plan. Canceling is simple too, unlike the big chain gyms.

A solid, low-pressure gym that’s worth it.

I had the most incredible experience being trained by Phil today! He made me feel so incredibly comfortable. He truly took the time to make sure that I was set up for success. I highly recommend The PR Method Fitness for everyone out there. I haven't had a personal training lesson in almost five years. And I can't wait to go back! 😊💪❤️

Took a morning class at PR Method Fitness and it was honestly such a great start to my Sunday. The workout was packed and efficient, but the time flew by because everything flowed so well. Phil is an incredible motivator, the energy is fun, and every movement is doable no matter your level, so you can really cater it to your body without any pressure. Left feeling strong and immediately booked for both days next weekend again.

This is a new well equipped gym. Phil is a seasoned professional trainer and has put together a great set of classes.

The classes are small groups focused on all aspects of fitness. Strength, core, functional movement and cardio. Class focus varies so make sure to sign up for the Unlimited Classes.

Overall, this is a great value for your fitness budget.

Phil’s classes are excellent. I was definitely intimated before walking in as I have not had a regular exercise routine for several years. Phil’s warmth and kindness are clear from the start. He is so patient and gives helpful feedback/ adjustments based on my needs.

I cannot express how much I enjoy working with Phil! He is super knowledgeable, attentive and just a great overall guy. He always keeps things upbeat and fun.
His classes are great! He works with your limitations and results are quick to appear on your body. He makes sure you have a body for life not an immediate goal!
The gym itself is so nice, always spotless clean, the towels are a huge plus as is the top notch coffee station!
I also love working with him through his app. It's so easy to use and the videos are super helpful.whwn you need to understand something on your own.
Cannot recommend the PR METHOD Enough!
